We love the milkshakes and icecream from Godiva Chocolatier in Metropolis at Metrotown!Try the chocolate covered strawberries, they are delicious.The service at this location has always been good and the products all seem to be of high quality.I recommend Godiva if you're looking for some good chocolate and sweets!

It's so sad that Godiva will be closing all stores in North America. We will definitely miss the best chocolate soft ice cream. Hope the stores will be re-open after the pandemic is getting better.

it was my place to eat but during staff change its become worst place . every time i am trying to ask my add things they just dont listen and i have to ask casher or leave ..i guess staff has too much pressure just want to finish line up or doesnt have good training .well hope soon someone can bring same business closer there so i can have my food back.

Their advertised business hours at Metrodown are Monday to Friday from10:00 am to 9:00 pm, so I took a special trip there after work. It was around 8:30 p.m. when I arrived, but the store was already closed, all other shops in the shopping centre were still open. There was no sign or anything posted on the door. I was very disappointed, my time was wasted!!!

Granted we came in at 8:50, but that's no excuse to be condescending and rude to customers.The salesman's name was Michael.Rushed us out to close shop at 8:55.With that said, however, making a formal complaint to head office, they truly listened and tried to fix the root of the problem and do listen to the customers. So the company itself deserves more stars to balance out my verdict.

They have the most attractive looking ice creams and chocolates. I tried their vanilla/chocolate ice cream its was good but too sweet, also a bit pricey.

Good chocolate, but the soft icecream cone is not worth trying. Not sure when they made the waffle cones cause the one I had was no longer crispy and the presentation of the icecream was bad as well. I understand it is soft icecream but shouldn't be dripping down already when its handed over to the customer. You will get better cones at McDonald's.

I came for the ice cream. Pricey... But oh, so good! Definitely a fancy soft serve, but it did not disappoint. The staff was really nice, too. Located in Metrotown on the upper level of the mall near Zara.
