We had a smooth experience signing up for our locker and Kim was very helpful and pleasant. We started to use our rental space immediately and it was a decision we are so grateful we made. The building is easy to access and very, very clean. When our daughter was between homes her things didn’t have to come into our home and our seasonal items, only required for certain times of the year, are no longer crowded in our basement. and garage.

Kimberly, the customer service representative, was absolutely amazing. Although I arrived minutes before closing, on a Sunday, she took her time to assist me and even did a thorough tour of the facility. Her attitude was very pleasant and is the epitome of customer service. The facility is very clean and spacious. Definitely made the best choice by going there.

Easy access 一 24/7 with an personal entry code. The unit are new and super clean!Staff are always friendly, welcoming and informative. Setting up your rental only takes about 20 minutes, and I was able to easily cancel mine when I needed to move out.

I had to move the archives for the business I work for from a unit an hour away to one closer. I spoke with Kimberly on several occasions before the move, and she was great every time. The move itself was a lot easier than I thought it would be; their set-up is easy to access but still secure and they had all the moving accessories we needed. And Kimberly was there, extremely helpful and friendly the whole time! This unit is also half the price of the one we were previously paying for. I highly recommend this facility!

Building is very clean and well kept. Ample security which is amazing. One of our favorite parts about this storage facility is you drive your car into the docking area and a door closes behind you, making using this facility a night feel very safe. Kimberly at the front desk is amazing! She has a great sense of humour and goes over everything throughly. I would 10000% recommend this storage facility if you’re looking for a storage unit, and the prices are very reasonable.

It’s a brand new building in a perfect location. The units are clean, brightly lit and well ventilated. The prices are also very reasonable. Kimberly and Steven are marvelous. They are always pleasant and professional, extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I would highly recommend SmartStop Aurora for storage.
