Pilkey Glass & Mirror

Two years later we had Pilkey Glass back to complete our latest bathroom renovation. Their employees were courteous, the price was fair and turn around time was quick.Thank you Pilkey Glass! John came by to measure my bathroom for a new shower door. He explained a couple options and gave a time frame. His employee was back the next week to complete the install and I am so happy with their work. I will be using them again for my next bathroom renovation. :)

Contacted Pilkey Glass to upgrade our Dining room glass table top to a larger size. Great communication, great price and great experience from the Sales Department to the Delivery team. Definitely recommend their services.

Absolutely horrible customer service! I am not one to write a negative review, however my experience with Pilkey Glass was so awful that I feel others should be warned. We took a piece of beveled glass from my grandmother's china hutch cabinet door from Italy as a template to cut a similar size. The piece of glass was not only expensive but also something that was very important to my family. Pilkeys apparently lost or threw out the piece of glass and could not re-create it. When I politely asked for some type of compensation, the employee told me he did not have patience for this"! I was absolutely shocked to hear that HE did not have patience to help me after they had discarded a very expensive and important item of ours! If anything I should not have patience for them losing our glass door! The employee was awful

Had a mirror repaired by them and when I opened the packaged box, it has a small noticeable defect I'm the corner. Took it back for repair again. On second pick up, the staff put the mirror in the box without the foam protection it came with (mirror was literally loose in the box). I asked for them to put the foam protection in or else it'll break and they jammed it in carelessly and still didn't package it properly (foam was literally sticking out of the box and cant even close properly) which was unacceptable. The worst of it all was when one staff said you want to pack it yourself?" and laughed about it. First

Initially ordered the same strips of glass for my aquarium from another glass company in Concord who told me they would have it done the next day, only to follow up and never get a phone call back...Then I found Pilkey Glass, and not only were they less than half the price for the same order, they under-promised the time line, and over delivered. Excellent customer service from both folks I spoke to. Definitely going to refer my fellow marine (or anyone for that matter) reef folks to them when they're in need of exceptional service.

Amazing customer service & quick turnaround. Quoted this glass insert in plexiglass at another supplier and it was over $150 this replacement coffee table insert was under $100. Very please and far better quality than the original insert. I had custom mirrors made for my salon as well. Same great experience and competitive pricing.

If you are speaking with, Sequoia it’s better not to. Guy is full of excuses loaded up and ready to fire at you without taking a breathe.Very poor problem solving skills up at the front desk from the front end staff. Lots of excuses on why products are late or why they are cut wrong. Never their fault.Kids, grown people with businesses and families to feed don’t want to stand around hearing your bs all day. Think of a solution and think of it quickly.I expressed my disappointment and frustration to John about the poorly cut piece of plexi I had received and that his staff kept rattling off excuses on why it was cut so poorly to which John called and told me to never do business with them again.Thanks so much Pilkey glass for taking care of your loyal customers that has been supporting you for going on 7 years.

Pilkey does it again!We just had our foggy old kitchen bay window replaced by the Pilkey team and again they came through with excellent service, value and spirit. We have used Pilkey services four times over the past 5 years or so and it has alway been great. The have delivered what they had promised in a timely and cost effective manner. I highly recommend Pilkey. Always great!

I don’t typically do these kind of things, but I do think my experience should be noticed.I called Pilkey Glass of Markham and had the pleasure of speaking with Arizona. Let me just start by saying what a “Sweetie”. She took me through step by step what it was going to take for me to call that custom mirror mine. After patiently enduring my endless questions about everything from the way it is cut to the type of custom edging available(I went triple Bevel). I left the conversation with Arizona, confident and feeling ready to purchase a mirror.Today came the day I went to pick it up. My first point of contact when I entered was a wide eyed, young red haired chap named Saquoia. He was polite, friendly and helpful in loading the mirror in my vehicle. If I hadn’t personally met the owner earlier that week on my original mirror hunt, I would have thought this young man had owned the company from his professionalism. I liked his comment that “everyday is a good day when it starts by smiling in a Pilkey Mirror.”Thank you SaqI am going home to find a reason to give them my business again. Nice to see there are still company’s that care about the customer first.To everyone from the owner John to front office staff. Thank you Pilkey, i know I’ll be smiling every time I look into my new mirror.

Was able to cut a piece of glass on the spot to replace the one that was broken over the winter for $10. Thank you Pilkey!
