Definitely very poor in men's underwear.The brands are worthy, but you can find open or broken boxes.

There was a bag on sale for 12 bucks- a really good one- and my wife is a deal magnet… anyways the person at the counter refused to give it to us until someone checked it - claimed that customers switched labels— if I was white — she wouldn’t have done that— she made someone check it twice— her system said 12- she didn’t want to give it to us at that price— I love winners — shop A LOT there— and it wasn’t the only thing we bought— just so upset - I had to post this— racist person!

Pretty clean store but so much to look through to find what you’re looking for. Not a lot of employees around when you need to ask a question. We couldn’t find what we were looking after 15 minutes of looking.since we couldn’t find an employee we just left.

When i visited here , a lot of people come to buy items, its extremely crowded . The quality of items is very good as usual in winners. Staff also very co-operative and they done their work effectively and quickly which save me my much time.

Very bad customer service, nobody guides or helps. We purchased a blazer yesterday and went to return it the very next morning coz it was a little tight for my friend, there was a punjabi girl at the counter who collects the blazer, smells it Infront of everyone and argued that the blazer has been used and smells of sweat. My friend just tried it on once over a shirt, and we returned it the very next day. She kept on stressing that the blazer was smelling of sweat, she doesn't even know that blazer fabrics have an odd smell or maybe that's how it was sold to us. If this is the case they should prolly be smelling every dress before they sell ? Lol.This is not how you treat a customer, the people working there need to learn some manners and treat their customers with respect first. I hope they change their policy or hire some staff with proper retail experience.A very bad and humiliating experience, no customer should face this.

If I could give them a zero star I would. My 3 year old niece had been in the cart and was crying because I had been trying to explain to her why she could not have the toy she had wanted to get ( it was a toy for older children and involved smaller peices that the child could choke on). In the middle of explaining this to my neice I had a worker walk up to her and say they were going to call the police if she did not stop misbehaving. And I was in total shock when my niece was left crying. While trying to comfort her the worker replaced herself with someone else in charge of the change rooms and totally denied the situation when my mom and niece pointed her out. Like seriously I have worked in customer service and never treated my clients like that. No matter what company I worked for.

Very bad customer services. Some of cashiers are very rude specially when it comes to the return items. The Just find reasons no to accept the returns . The cashiers need to be trained fully before start job . Very disappointed I will never go back to winners specially the airport Rd location in Brampton.

Great selections of almost everything, especially cookware and home decor. Must check it out. Unique items every time I go buy. If you like something must buy it right away or else it will be gone. Must say one of the organized WinnersAug 2nd 2022

I was able to find a pack of socks that I needed, but interms if finding a nice sun hat that fit and a black body bag I was unsuccessful. Overall, I love winners. They've always got everything else I've needed

Season depending, the variety in store changes. Sometimes you get a good find, others, not so much.You find everything in here from clothes (for all), to furniture, to food, to kitchen supplies, to makeup and much more.
