Amazing service for my lawnmower repair. Cliff is an expert. Olivia and Raeyn were very polite and helpful in customer service. Highly recommended and honest.

Bought many yards of triple mix and brick sand from them, quality of material is good, but service is off. The ladies inside are pleasant, but the machine operators are a little on the odd side and, unfortunately, do take their time. Waited 20 mins, and when we went to look for him, he was sitting on his phone. We went back on Sunday for more, and they say they open at 9 am. (Both Google and website) That's a lie. We were there 9:15am, and everything was locked. Multiple other vehicles showed up too and were confused as to why they weren't open. We went somewhere else for our next loads.

I recently had the misfortune of visiting Peel Landscape Depot in hopes of finding quality products and receiving excellent customer service for my landscaping needs. Unfortunately, my experience at this store was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.First and foremost, the customer service was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, lacking basic knowledge about their products. When I approached them with questions or asked for recommendations, they either provided vague answers or simply brushed me off. It felt as though I was inconveniencing them by seeking assistance.To make matters worse, the materials I purchased for my landscaping project turned out to be of subpar quality. The stones I bought were chipped and cracked, making them unsuitable for the purpose I intended. It was evident that they prioritized profit over providing customers with reliable and durable products.Furthermore, the store's return policy was incredibly restrictive and unsympathetic. When I attempted to return the defective items, I was met with resistance and was made to jump through unnecessary hoops. Their lack of understanding and unwillingness to take responsibility for selling faulty products further aggravated my frustration.In conclusion, my experience was extremely disappointing. The combination of unhelpful and disinterested staff, poor product quality, and an inflexible return policy left me with a sense of dissatisfaction and regret.

Unfortunately this was the closest Stihl dealer to us so we tried to purchase a sale item from them. They refused to honour the sale price and told us to come back on Sunday. When we did they said they had no inventory and sold them all at the regular price. When we called Stihl to confirm we were told by Stihl that they should have honoured the sale price. When we called the manager he confirmed the were all sold between Wednesday and Saturday at the regular price. All the ones the sold in the meantime were sold to people at an extra markup! The staff we dealt with were not professional. Highly not recommended. This is by for not our first underwhelming experience with this business but we are most certainly not ever going to make this mistake again. Please do yourself a favour and go to Green Tractors in Milton for your Stihl needs - Well worth it in the long run. Price and service towers above these guys.

Bought a certain product, was delivered a different product. I attmepted to return it on a Sunday and found that the accountant had to be present for the refund. Never heard of that. As well, the associates at the counter that day were telling me that both products are the same. No they are not, visually, or in price, or brand. If you don't know the answer, it is better to just tell the customer you are unsure. Nonetheless, went back during the week for the refund of the difference, and the manager starts questioning me as to why I am using that product, and attmepting to make it seem like a got a superior product. i was a bit confused and unsure as to why it mattered what I was using it for, as all I wanted was a refund for the difference. The manager made is seem like I was going to ask him to remove the worng product and replace it with what I bought. Very confusing interaction, manager was rude and seemed angry that I wanted a refund of the difference. Couldn't believe that it took a designated person to do a refund. Who knew? Won't return to that store for any assistance or product. The associates at the counter were pleasant enough, just misleading customers (uninentionally I am betting), but the manager....wow. No good.

I have been dealing with Peel Landscape for both summer and winter services now for over 10 years. One think that has not changed during this time is the high level of customer service from Brendan Fallis. He continues to impress year over year during our interactions and can highly recommend dealing with himself and Peel Landscape depot.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and quick to respond, even during off-hours in the evening. Adam Faria helped us pick out the stones for our landscaping project and it turned out beautifully. They have a wide selection of different stones and the showroom was very helpful to envision how the final result would turn out. The turn around time on the delivery of the stones was very short. The delivery driver (Jerry) was very friendly and even helped us moved the pallets over to one side so it would be easier for us to take the stones off the pallets. With a wide selection of stones and excellent customer service, this is an easy recommendation.

I have ordered mulch from them many times over the years. However, yesterday and 2 years ago when we ordered it was significantly less in terms of amounts. Something is not right. I had them look on my order from two years ago. I had the same complaint and they actually brought me three extra yards at no charge. I physically went to the location and complained about the same thing. The manager looked at the load because they take a photo and he said that is only 5 yards, he said I will send over 2 yards, because I had ordered seven. Now, if I wasn’t a conscientious customer, I would not have known the difference but because I have done my yard so many times I know how much mulch I need. I will never give them service again as far as I’m concerned, they purposely give smaller loads and most people don’t know the difference. #ripoff

Great and reliable service. Amazing attention to detail.

Yesterday I went to Peel Landscape (Georgetown). When I arrived, Cam offered to help me before I was even out of my car! He then asked a person in the yard if they had that type of stone I needed to replace crumbling stones in our driveway. The man said he didn’t think so. This didn’t stop Cam. Cam then went in to check with the sales staff. Chris came out to help us and knew this stone had been discontinued. This didn’t stop him. He asked Cam to see if he could find any in the back corner of the lot where the odds and ends were kept. Cam and I searched and found something that may work. I am totally impressed with the service I received. Cam and Chris went above and beyond. Very respectful and happy to help me.
