BMO Bank of Montreal

Clearly the rudest ever. Waited 4 weeks to receive my Mother's estate cheques. Left 3 messages with no return call until I left a message with the manager. Told me by, the way sorry for your loss.

Any person who left a 5 star review here most probably walked into the branch and had to pay a bill or pull out money. If you ask anything more from this branch you will see their true customer service is below 1 star.

I come to this Bank all the time. Sometimes I use the ATM machine and sometimes I go to the teller. What I want to say is that I am really happy with the customer service that I get at this Branch. Everyone is really friendly. That goes a long way these days. Please keep this up.

Worst service, one teller on a Thursday

At least 10 employees in the bank, even some of them are cheating but only one is providing service at this moment. 4 clients including me waiting that poor guy. (To be honest they are better than national bank for me)

Just terrible service . No one can smile and they make you feel bad just for coming to there BMO .

impossible to get a person on the phone, useless! I have to waste my time to drive there, wait in line a while, to be told they can't give me that much money cash and that i have to call and advise them before when they can't use a phone to begin with.

Worst bank ever ! No respect for customers , waiting on line to get service at least 25 minutes , it’s a standard at this brunch.

Doesn't support the local community. Their back parking lot provided SAFE access to local businesses. They blocked off the entrance as well as as block off one lane with large construction stones to prevent parking. This has caused many locals to take a different route on the busy Laurentides boulevard with a dangerous left turn as well as prevent an extra lane on the Dagenais entrance to turn right.This was a viable route for a decade before they moved in and instead of taking the extra traffic as an OPPORTUNITY to showcase deals they are running and get some clients they literally turned their backs to us. For shame.The whole area looks like a dump with these big construction stones and unfinished sidewalks. I hope management realizes the error of their way but given the long track of poor service I've read in prior reviews I sincerely doubt they'll change anytime soon.

Pray God to not get problems with your accounts or requests for services, because BMO will not help you at all. Not only this branch but the entire bank as a whole. Only few of the staff are friendly and helpful and truly wish them a better place for work. Been with them for almost 10 years, struggled to get even the smallest requests done properly. Leaving for CIBC which got better products and customer service! Wish I would have done that way earlier!
