Modern PURAIR St. Thomas arrived on time, walked me through the process, took the time to set up so that their equipment would not damage my walls and proceeded to clean my ducts which badly needed them due to recent renovations. Took the time to show me where some of the problem areas were. Very happy with my service and would absalutely recommend them to anyone.

What a great service! We recently purchased a new home that had not been maintained very well in years past and thought it would be a good idea to get our ducts cleaned. Upon arrival Benjamin was very friendly and professional he explained in detail the process and got to work straight away. His knowledge and confidence in the product and services really showed and now we can rest assured knowing our air is cleaner. Thank you very much for your help. I was amazed at the amount of lint that had accumulated in my dryer vent and bathroom fans. This is a necessary and essential service that every homeowner should add to their homecleaning schedule. I definitely would recommend this company as first choice for your cleaning needs. The guys who came were great. Very personable, hard working and took care to explain everything they were doing which, as a senior, I very much appreciate. I would definitely have Purair return in the future for necessary maintenance.

We had Modern Purair St. Thomas clean the ducts and vents for our HVAC system. Jason and his team arrived at the scheduled time and got right to work. Everything was explained to us ahead of time, including all associated costs. They even went above and beyond, repairing our dryer vent hose and providing replacement furnace filters. Don’t get hosed by out-of-town fly-by-night operators. This LOCAL business will take good care of you. Highly recommend!

Techs arrived on time and were quick to setup. They took the time to explain what they would be doing and even asked if there was anything else that they could do while onsite. While there, they behaved very professionally (took off shoes and installed corner proctors) and demonstrated that they were very knowledgeable about their job. I liked the new equipement and updated technology plus not having my door propped open during the cleaning was nice . Would certainly use them again in the futue and recommend them to others.

This company was very professional. The owner and one more employee came into my house put guards around corners of walls as not to damage paint on walls with there hoses. They explained the whole process cleaned up any little mess they made. The system they use is a little noisy but we went to garage with our dogs. They even asked where our dogs were before they started as they were concerned for them with the noise. They came in cleaned 18 vents the furnace and changed the filter. They were very nice polite and professional and were in and out in 2 hours. To make sure you know they cleaned everything well they show you the filter liner in the tank after all done. ( yuk) anyone needing their ducts clean I would totally recommend them and reasonable priced. Good job boys.Thank you Michelle.
