Low quality and terrible service !The photographer (asian guy) was very rude and in a hurry. Took my kid's photo leaning to one side and printed it despite my wife's protest and then argued that it should be ok with the visa service ! I had to pay twice to get a correct photo and I feel scammed.This shop doesn't even deserve one star. Extremely unprofessional !

My baby is 3 weeks old and his pictures were refused twice before I came here: 2 long photo sessions to try to get a good picture then they were refused. I got here and even if we need an appointment for babies they took me and within one click they were done! They say 5 minutes but it’s even shorter. Very professional and very good with babies. I should have came here from the get-go!

Price was 17 CAD, cash only (no credit card). I did not have Canadian Dollar and this rat charged me $20 USD. So, I paid twice more price on already overpriced pictures. I was in hurry and I paid without arguing, but at least I can write this review to let other people know…

Bafflingly fast and very good customer service. Had to take last minute passport photos and I don't even think I was there for 5 minutes. They also had water and combs so I could fix a very prolific cow lick that decided that today was its time to shine. It ended up thankfully not being in the picture thanks to that.Definitely recommend. Thanks again.

5 stars for Newborn Passport Photo. Wasted time/money at other studios, went here and got a great photo within a few minutes. Call ahead for appointment to make sure the Baby Whisperer will be there.

Very nice service, quick & efficient. The owner knows how to work with little baby. It takes him only 5 min to take the right shots for our baby (14 days old) - two different passports. I clearly recommend this place.

Did they get me the photos in record time? Yes. Under 5 minutes.Prices are higher, but you are paying for convenience.This photo place is in the basement floor of the building. When I asked the security guard upstairs they didn't direct me properly.
