Shoppers Drug Mart

I've delt with Shoppers for years and love it. Can pick up perscriptions fast, open good hours, but what is with no bags at the self serve checkout?Yes, apparently a new policy..

Superior customer service, especially over the other two Shoppers stores in town. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. With the pharmacists, YOU are their first priority.

The clinic is the rudest bunch of women you will ever speak to. Avoid them at all costs. I've been treated horribly by select doctors, I do not want to repeat some of the things that have been assumed by them over the years about me by them. Because of this horrible treatment there I am very hesitant to go in but am forced to just to get birth control. However their saving grace is the pharmacy staff and cashier ladies. Upon reading this, I doubt this will change their disgusting attitude in any way and they will continue to be miserable to people and work in the health care industry. So sad that people with mental health and physical illness have to go in and deal with these professionals""

I am very pleased with the service i have recieved from the pharmacy and entire store staff. They are all extremely helpful, and pleasant when i go there. Im also extremely impressed with how fast i am able to get my perscriptions considering how busy they are right now. Thanks to all for the prompt service.

The lady who was working in the post office was rude! I don’t have much experience sending out parcels and she was acting like I should know everything. Her responses were very sassy. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I did not feel great when I left this shoppers drug mart. (This was on the 18th of January) the lady at the front cashier was nice though thankfullyUPDATE: the lady in the post office today (jan 30th at 1:30) was sooo nice! I should’ve asked for her name

I am using the services provided by the pharmacy for 19 years now. Today, around 2 p. m. I called and talked with the farmacist about my prescription, because yesterday I had a surgery on my right foot , and today the pain resumed after the anesthesia. The prescription was already in the system, sent by the doctor from the Red Deer Regional Hospital. I requested that when my wife comes from work at the pharmacy, around 6 p.m. the pills to be ready for pick-up if possible. The pharmacist assure me that there is no problem and in 15 min. are ready. He asked for my wife to bring the prescription in paper form given to me. At 6 : 20 p.m. one of the ladies at the counter , said that my wife needs to wait for 20 minutes, because the prescription was not filled.I am not sure what this could be : a communication issue inside the pharmacy, processing and counting the pills ?I hope in the future the see an improvement in the customer service because this happened before and something needs to be done.

This location on a regular has messed up on my meds sadly this has happened to a number of people I know I have also had them say that I picked up meds when I wasn't even in town but when I needed a puffer to be delivered they said they would no problem and didn't I would recommend going to a different location

Awesome Experience! Kid has strep throat on Christmas. Can’t find a single clinic open today on Boxing Day. Nobody is answering their phone, hours posted on websites aren’t accurate. Drove around looking for open clinics. Tried one last pharmacy to see if they did testing for strep. This one does. Pharmacist and assistant were so kind and understanding! Can’t recommend enough!

I really like the staff at this drug store. The pharmacy team is fantastic! I can't express how very much I appreciate their assistance and friendly service since they opened.

The pharmacist here is AMAZING! So kind and helpful. Fast and didn’t have to wait long.
