Excellent workmanship, very punctual, every friendly. Eric and Josh P. installed gutters on our home and although there were many many corners on our Tudor styled home the job was completed on time and on budget. They left the yard spotless both days they were here and gave some helpful suggestions on how we can divert even more water away from our home. After waiting over one year for a contractor to come and take a look at the flat roof on my house, I decided to look for someone else and found Bay Roofing and Exteriors Ltd. in the yellow pages. I called them and asked if someone could come and take a look...within a couple of hours Joe showed up at my door...he went up on the roof...measured it and told me basically what had to be done and said that I would be getting an estimate, which I received the next day by email. I accepted their estimate and within one day they were on the job. I couldn’t believe it, my roof was finally going to get done. The crew, headed by Joe and Randy, who came to do my very unusual flat shaped roof were very professional, efficient, informative, reliable and dependable. The office staff were excellent as well, keeping me informed of any surprises the crew found once they started to remove the old roof. They definitely put the customer first.I was very happy with the job and the way they cleaned up each day. I highly recommend this company.

I had contacted 4 other companies in the Greater Sudbury area to provide me with a quote prior to contacting Bay Roofing.Appointments were booked with these companies but not one of them bother to show up or call me to let me know they could not make it.That was not the case with Bay Roofing !!! They were here when promised within a couple of days the quote was given to me within a few hours.The prices were very good needless to say we accepted their offer. The work was completed for the shingle replacement and the new gutters were installed as promised. So pleased with the service I recommended Bay Roofing to others that are looking to get work done. Told them not to bother with the other Greater Sudbury companies. They were not reliable given my experience with them.. Thanks Bay Roofing. I will continue to refer you to all my friends and family.

Contacted several roofing/Eaves companies for replacement of my 35 year old leaking gutters. Most in the Sudbury area did not respond quickly or at all. Bay was here and provided a timely quote with different options. They completed the work within the time promised, did a great job, were professional, friendly and left my residence in a clean state once done.I would highly recommend Bay for anybody looking for roofing/eaves replacement.

I had a gentleman come out for an estimate he was so pleasant and professional. Then after they sent us a quote I called and the lady at the office was very polite and easy to talk to. Then two weeks later they came to change our roofing they were so professional and polite. They did an excellent job and they did the job all in one day. Before the crew left they did a spotless clean up. Thank you so much CREW 1. I would recommend this company to anyone hands down.

After waiting around for them most of the confirmed install day, they sent me an email in the afternoon that they will have to reschedule. Once they did come the installers were professional and personable and did a great job. However, the they did not complete what was requested and measured at the time of the estimate. Unfortunately my concerns fell on deaf ears at the office and they chose to spend their time telling me I was wrong instead of a simple and small price correction.

A friendly, professional, and hard-working team that worked well past a normal work day to ensure the job was completed and everything was clean and spotless before they left. Wow, we were very impressed by Bay Roofing! We received a quote promptly (which was significantly lower than other local companies) and work began shortly thereafter. The crew was professional, fast and they did a great job cleaning up afterward. Our new roof looks great!!

I had a great experience with this company. The quote was transparent and fair and matched the end price. The scheduling was easy and the crew showed up on time, as scheduled. The workers were respectful of our property while being friendly and approachable, not to mention skilled! The end result is better than I anticipated. I'll not use anyone else for roofing or exterior work from now on.
