The compassion and kindness alone is outstanding and thats before we talk about service. We called in a rather strange and pressing situation with our cockatiel. They made time for her giving her a speedy appointment. They explained every detail of her treatment/procedure clearly along with costs and were very caring; then.. they even called the next morning to check on her and make sure she was doing well. This experience was a great one. I am so thankful for this team and would recommend them to anyone (For Birds anyway)... Thank you !!

I changed veterinarians about 6 months ago which is when my pets became patients at Glenridge Animal hospital in St Catharines and I drive in from Niagara falls.It is very much worth it!When I first called, from the minute I spoke to Artrina on the phone I knew this is where we need to be.She made me feel so comfortable and welcomed, answering my questions in great detail and with alot of patience (I had quite a few questions) and understanding. Artina is warm, kind and caring with a great sense of humour and clearly adores all the pets that come in.My first visit was with Dr. Ness who is a wonderful vet... very down to earth, easy to talk to, very kind and compassionate and she genuinely cares about my pets. She was amazing with my dogs giving them excellent care and never made me feel rushed - even though they're really busy. Dr Ness was great at explaining everything to me about how best to resolve my dog's issues. The same when I brought my cat in.There are no extra" unnecessary tests - they only do the ones that will help them to help your pet.She is an awesome vet and I wish I would've come here long before I did.I also met Dr. Lisa and she too is a wonderful vet - caring

All the technicians were really nice and treated my kitty Bello with the most love. You can tell that everyone there will truly care and provide you with the support you need for your animal. Their staff looked forward to seeing him during each appointment, and i'm sure Bello would say the same! lol

Super happy with the entire process for my large older dog to have a dental done. Very thorough exam before the appointment and always willing to answer any questions I had.They were also understanding of my dogs reactivity and helped ensure that his visit would be less stressful for him and the staff.They even called the next day to make sure he was doing great - and he is!

Absolutely the most kind, compassionate, caring, professional, loving care recieved from each and every lady in the building!!!Called in with emergency with our 20 plus year old kitty. They took her in right away and treated her like the princess that she is. Still waiting on ultrasound results but just so thankful for your services. Bless them and their families!! 1000% reccomend this amazing place.Thank you all sooo much

A very professional and competent group of individuals who contacted me twice after my dog's surgery. They are caring , thoughtful and not only pet oriented but people oriented too.

Updated review May 9, 2023.Pricing is great and vets were good the couple of time we brought our puppy in, but the clinic is unreliable, unoredictable and admin staff unprofessional. We were let go as client for no reason at all or explanation. I had to call the office to ask why and wait 3 or 4 days for a call back from a manager. She said we weren't happy with their service and that's why they let us go... I don't understand how they arrived at this conculusion and they were unwilling to provide an explanation. I asked to speak to Dr Kristen Ness directly since she signed the letter and have not received a reply to my email that was sent March 20/23 or a call back since. The last interaction we had before receiving this letter was inquiring about their fees for blood work we had done previously and their availability. We didn't book with them and got this letter the following week. I do not recommend this vet. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Dr. Ness and staff (especially Artrina and Alison!) were so friendly, patient and welcoming. We received an appointment very quickly (the following day!) and were extremely happy with our service. They listened, were very knowledgable and provided great care for our dogs. Would highly recommend this clinic!

You guys are great! The combination of caring thoughtful vets and helpful, listening front desk team make your practice the place we want to take our dogs. We know they're in good hands!

We are beyond thankful for Dr. Kirsten Ness and her entire staff. My experience with this vet clinic was wonderful. They obviously love animals, but they were also supportive and kind with us as well, explaining everything in detail. They went above and beyond to help us and our border collie Morvo absolutely loves them!
