Very unprofessional staff The staff is very rudeAfter calling them many times to find a job, they introduced me to a person named KenHe asked me to go to Kent from Bellevue, in the first moment while the mask is optional he gave me mask and he said you (have to ) put the mask ,And he told me that if you do not wear a mask, you should talk to me on the phone while I was driving for half an hour and I was gone.After we entered the room, I looked at my phone screen and he told me to start whenever you done with phone we can start. Who are you ? I am not your kids this is my phone and I am not in the job interview. He was very racist. He was very rude and unprofessional. I talked about my resume and I said I need Professional resumeHe kept talking against me until he asked me what to do for you and I said nothing. Vet unprofessional staff they don’t help about find the job or apply or anything else. Please do not lost the time with this agency

Started going here to see Velvet, and am now seeing Pam for counseling services related to childhood trauma. Both counselors were very kind and friendly, I always feel safe when attending appointments. Lovely and helpful counselors.

This is supposed to be a non-profit organization but yet they are charging fees to people in financial hardship. It doesn't matter if you have zero income they will still charge you unless you are on social assistance or are a public sector employee with benefits. Family Service Thames Valley in London area offers the same services at no cost. Why do we have to pay in Chatham??

Good counselors, great atmosphere. Enjoyed counseling and grew from it.

Conversations with only Shirley are argumentative & demeaning routinely. Theresa and rest of the staff are pleasant and accommodating. Most drivers are pleasant with the exception of a handful who have low, outdated vehiclles, some drivers handicapped & have great difficulty assisting those needing a ride.

Went there for my Counsling and it was a great session.There all friendly There as soon as you walk in the door.
