If you like sugar in your coffee, don't go here!! 4th time in a row asking for a double double and getting no sugar. Multiple people I know have had issues with the terribly run Tim Hortons.Please train your employees, double double = 2 cream, 2 SUGAR

We tried a couple of the newer sandwiches. Grilled bacon and cheese was hot and tasty. BLT was also good. It is a typical Tim Hortons. Clean and busy.

Absolutely the worst Tim hortons ever. Worst service, super slow, continuously screws up our order. They need to get new staff or retrain them. We are on our way for a trip and just wanted Tim’s and this tim hortons screwed up our order twice. After then we decided to just leave and find a new Tim hortons that wouldn’t screw up our order.

Just had yet another day-ruining Timmies experience. Dealt with Alex today and was incredibly disappointed. I ordered a bacon and egg (!!!) wrap. but noticed that a bacon farmers wrap was punched in on the screen. I mentioned TWICE that the wrong wrap was punched in, but was completely dismissed by Alex. I then received my wrap and, of course, it was made wrong. He then proceeded to refund and then RE-CHARGE me, and then I waited and watched as multiple other people received their orders. When I finally received my order for the second time, it was still made incorrectly. A little attention to detail and respect for customers would go a long way for this staff member!

Went at 8:30 pm on a Friday. Grill was already closed down so we couldn't get any wraps or hot sandwiches... our 3 choices provided to us ham and cheese, turkey (no bacon though because they were out) or a bagel. Settled on a ham sandwich as we were starving. Got to window and they had no buns left so we were offered it on a everything bagel. There was one car at drive thru window ahead of us. It was already at window when we pulled in parking lot. He was still at window after we were done ordering and drove around. In total it took us 20 mins to get through the drive thru. Staff was friendly enough... however worked in fast food as a manager for years. If we ever took our grills, fryers or other equipment down prior to closing we would of been fired. Long story short, if your in a hurry....don't go here and if your looking for anything that requires a grill.... don't go here within the last hour before they close. I won't be wasting my time to go back. I will switch my route to get coffee elsewhere

I make my own using lavazza beans and my Aeropress. Boston Cream is my only reason to walk into a Timmy's.

Yay!!! They still had hash browns at 6pm. My daughter has celiac disease and the hash browns are the only thing she can eat from Tim Hortons. They were 2 hrs old and somewhat hard but I was so happy they still had a few at this time. The staff member who helped me was so polite and courteous. It was a very good experience at this location

Every single day they screw up order. Every day.. they are so slow if one certain employee isn't there. This lady is only thing that keeps this place together. I can tell when she's not inLine up takes min 15 minutes. It's absolutely ridiculous and they still screw up order

Ordered food and beverages for a meeting. Everything was ready to go, they got a large order correct, and they helped to load it into the car. Was in and out quickly. Manager was fantastic!
