I called the evening before and booked a ride to the airport for 6:30am. The driver was on time and very personable. Would definitely use this service again.

Dropped my wireless headphones in their cab; contacted them very shortly after and inquired. There were ZERO HELP. Just said nothing had been turned in; didn’t try to determine which cab it was or find it in any way. I need these, I am disabled and cannot replace them. You are better off walking.

In a way, I understand the driver's hesitation at the pick up location but then again, , , , , . He wasn't helpful as I loaded my luggage and he barely earned the meager tip as I removed my luggage. He spent 1/3 of the journey fiddling with the tablet like a child with a new toy.

Worked well for us despite not such great ratings online.. forgot my wallet in the cab as i gottl off airport.. didn't have the cab plate number or phone number .. but cust service guy was super prompt and help trace and have the driver wallet to us very soon.. cant ask for more

Needed a taxi urgently. They booked one and said the driver will be there in 5. Driver didn’t show up till the 12th minute so I called again and I was told that it would be there. I couldn’t trust as I had to get to work so I tried to book a cab through Uber and got one even before the taxi showed up and explained this to the taxi driver when he showed up 5 mins later I had left. The next time I tried to book a taxi for a friend, they said we can’t book you because you took an Uber. Like how incompetent are you guys? Pathetic service!

Always on time, reliable and dependable to be there when they say and courteous enough to wait for you if u are not ready and waiting in designated pick up spot. Have never had any type of issue with any of the drivers but rather a relaxing journey to where the day takes me then. thank you gentlemen.

*edit* i called them and apparently someone else took my cab (even when i provided my name). They didn't even come to my location and now i have ti wait again.*Be prepared for a long wait even with cars just down the street...I am waiting still for over 10 mins for a cab. It's a Monday morning... not even busy. This happens ALL THE TIME. and they wonder why they are losing fares to uber...

Absolutely the worst experience catching a texi ever! I’ve travelled all around the world and catching taxi services in all major cities. I’ve never felt so disparaged in my life. I’ll never catch a taxi from royal city again when I visit family here. I suggest Uber

I called to book a taxi and the young girl who helped" with the booking was extremely rude and has 0 understanding on how to treat a customer!! I wasn't able to ask a simple question which was "can you confirm my pick up address?" without her getting defensive and annoyed. She shouldn't work in the service industry until she knows how to speak to customers! Please give this girl proper training or give the job to someone else."
