Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa - Peterborough

I hadn’t been to hand a stone for quite awhile, just went back and had a massage with Kevin, who is amazing. I tend to not book male massage therapists but my husband had booked the massage for my birthday. Kevin is so professional, he explained all the vertebrae and where the nerves lead to, how tight muscles can cause pain in other areas and other interesting facts. He is so knowledgeable about what he is does. I will definitely book with him again.

Had an amazing facial by Brittany-lee. She was friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back to see her again!

I had a facial with ultraviolet light and was thrilled. It was a fun, relaxing and professional job was done by the Esthetician. Our conversation was light and friendly. The products were very high quality and smelled wonderfully. My skin feels like velvet now. Thank you.

It's taken me awhile to right this review and the shamefully never reached out to the place to complain. I went 3 years ago and had an amazing experience. Then I was given a gift certificate a couple of months ago and was excited to go have a massage. The massage therapist and myself discussed my target spots and she offered to do my arms to finish (I agreed). She spent little to no time on the spots I requested and when she did, it was not on my muscles but in fact the bones and it felt awful. At the end I could hear her pump a bunch of lotion on her hands and then she proceeded to rub into into my hair. I tried not to over react and enjoy the head massage". Well

Had a great first visit at Hand and Stone massage. Adrian and Brittany with both professional and fun and my daughter really enjoyed her first facial! We will be back again for sure!

I went today for my 1st facial at hand and stone. The lovely lady (Adrienne) that did the facial for me was amazing. She explained everything she was doing and took her time, doing each part of the facial with care. This was the best experience ever and I definitely will be back to see her and all the very friendly staff soon.

They signed my wife up with a membership that she paid monthly. They never had availability for massage and even had a period where they didn’t have an RMT on staff. They continued to bill us until she canceled her membership. She had a huge credit on her account that after 3 months they take.

The facial was the best I ever had there. I also got a hot stone massage. I was very relaxed after. Afternoon was a gigantic success.
