AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE.I was borrowing a friends PC and the machine seized up on me and I had no idea how to get it started again (I work online for a living but typically on a Mac annd am not familiar with PCs) In a mmoment of desperation I called Phoenix and was greeted with kind and patient assistance on the other end. With his guidance the computer was back up and running by the end of our 5 min call. I offered to pay for his time but he wasn't interested. So grateful.
