Canadian Beer Express

Wish i could give this company no stars. My husband constantly uses this delivery service to get beer or smokes. Today we call, give our order and our address and the owner tells us that their drivers dont want to drive up to where we are on Airport Rd. We have spoken to many drivers and they have said that they have many customers up here. So basically unless you live right downtown North Bay they dont want to deliver to you. We live about a 5 minute drive from the lcbo on Algonquin... And as disbatch has told us on a few occations, it doesnt matter when you call in they will do orders closer to town before anything else. We have called, been told 30 mins and its been almost 2 hours because they got other orders that are closer. Dont choose Canadian Beer Express. Use Beer Express, they are polite and they get your order to you in a timley manner, they dont pick and choose who to deliver to first, they deliver as the order comes in.

I haven't always been the biggest fan of this company but tonight they changed my mind. I don't know if it depends on staff but I really appreciate my delivery person today. It was 8:59 and Micheal I believe his name was, called me to tell me they didn't have what I wanted and stayed on the phone with me to figure out the name of the other product I wanted. I really appreciate his patience and the fact that he was willing to stay there to the last min. Thanks Micheal

The dispatcher is by far the most professional. I saw some guy here posting about them delivering to north shore road but not way out airport road, but north shore is close to the beer store so they probably make an exception for it being outside of city limits.

Will deliver way out on Northshore road but not Airport...owner’s an idiot that doesn’t need your money! Call Beer Express instead! I regret ever giving these tools a dime or a decent review here.....

I’d say this is one of my favourite beer delivery companies in the area. They even deliver to the reserve in 20-30 minutes depending on the night. The delivery drivers are polite and will take you empties off the bill. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for alcohol delivery.

With every delivery you get a 40 cent sticker. When you collect 10, it is $4.00 off your delivery. You also get full price for your empties. Debit or cash. Great people and service.
