One of the best nail studios I’ve visited. Was recommended by someone, worth giving it a try.Got bio gel fake nails set done with Nancy, she did a beautiful job however the polish started getting bumpy from very next day. So thankful for the amazing offer of repair under 7 days you guys offer. Got em redone(only the polish and cut slight shorter) with Lyn and the nails turned out even prettier. Been almost 4 weeks now and still looking fairly nice.A 100% recommend!

Very pleased with the service provided here. I always go to Tina for my manicure and pedicure. She is detailed oriented, professional, and does a fantastic job.I did have 2 bad experiences here with Annie and would not recommend her at all. I went to her for a shellac colour change as Tina was not available and Annie was not professional at all. She over filed my long nails and I ended up with short nails as she kept filing them down despite me asking her to keep my length. She was also not able to file my nail to my desired shape and left my nails crooked and uneven. I eventually decided to walk out without completing the service. She also damaged my nails alot more while removing my shellac which I did not experience with Tina.Annie was also booked for my pedicure, I decided to give her another chance however regretted it shortly after due to the same reasons listed above. Another nail tech took over for her - Hanna who was wonderful. The management is good and was able to deal with this issue professionally.If I return I would only get my service with Tina or Hanna.

I was recommended to go to this place by a friend and now I have never looked back. My go to nail salon place! I've been here twice and both times got Lyn as my nail technician. She is so precise and considerate; she always makes sure you are happy with your nails and is so good at them. I haven't had any other nail tech but just from what I was able to see all of them have great customer service and are detail oriented when it comes to your nails. Not to mention the front staff are always kind and accommodating and the place looks clean and professional. They offer other salon services too I.e. hair, waxing, lash extensions which I find neat too!

I recently visited Sky Hair and Nail Studio after booking an appointment a week in advance, and I must say that my experience was absolutely horrendous. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this nail spa was severely lacking in professionalism and customer service.First and foremost, despite arriving a few minutes early for my scheduled appointment, I was left waiting for an additional hour before the service finally began. This blatant disregard for my time was unacceptable, especially considering the advanced booking. To make matters worse, the staff failed to communicate any delays or reasons for the delay, leaving me frustrated and confused.As if the excessive wait wasn't bad enough, I was repeatedly shuffled from chair to chair without any work being completed. The lack of organization and efficiency was astonishing. It seemed like the staff had no clue what they were doing or how to manage their time effectively. It was a baffling experience to witness, and I couldn't help but feel like they were more interested in taking in walk-in clients rather than honoring their scheduled appointments.One of the most disappointing aspects of my visit was the staff's deceptive behavior. They had promised me a discount in an attempt to retain my business, but it turned out to be a blatant lie. It became apparent that their priority was not to satisfy customers but to simply keep them around, even if it meant resorting to dishonest practices.Overall, my visit to Sky Hair and Nail Studio was nothing short of a nightmare. The combination of the excessive wait time, the lack of communication, the disorganized approach, and the deceptive behavior left me feeling utterly frustrated and dissatisfied. I strongly advise against wasting your time and money at this establishment.I sincerely hope that the management of Sky Hair and Nail Studio takes these criticisms seriously and takes immediate steps to address the glaring issues with their service. As a customer, I expected a professional and enjoyable experience, but unfortunately, all I received was disappointment and regret.

I went here a few years ago and was very pleased about this salon, but my most recent visit will be my last. I went to get full bio gel set and shellac pedicure. The nail tech who did my mani-pedi was working in such a rush that she was 1) scraping too roughly and I had cuts/skin peeling on my feet and hands 2) the bio gel mani was fragile and broke easily, which I got fixed at another salon a week later. I would wince in pain but she only noticed a few times since most of the time she would be talking to her coworkers. The real kicker was when I paid and tipped 20% tip despite the subpar experience, she looked at my final receipt & said “Oh, only $20? Not more?” Pretty disappointed.

I got a shellac manicure with nail art design, I came here because of my classmate's nails I saw, and she said she got them done here! So I came too, turned out amazing! Nail technician was very precise and made sure my nails looked exactly like the reference photo I gave her! Definitely will be coming again!

Unfortunately I had to write a bad review on this - The competency among different nail techs really varies: got mine done during Christmas with extension/design once and it was amazing. I decided to come back again for basic short nails, and this is what happened to my nails after 2 days. My suggestion is if you knew someone really good, try to book under her name; otherwise it’s really a hit or miss.

I recently visited this nail salon and had an amazing experience. Vera was very friendly, and took great care in ensuring that my nails looked perfect. The atmosphere was relaxing and the salon was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this salon to anyone in the area looking for a top-notch nail service! Also, they have student discounts for any students out there! Thank you!

I am going to Cuba on vacation next week and had biogel stiletto ombré nails done today by Nancy, she did an absolutely amazing job. Very patient, excellent attention to detail, pleasant and friendly. Highly recommend her services, keep up the great work!
