Wish I had this appointment years ago, to be more aware of gum health. Without the awareness & care, inflammation and the deep under gum line tartar would undermine life of my teeth or even to the bone with some deepen decay.Receptionist might seem old but very professional and kind to arrange me to take the second appointment (deep cleaning) the same day if I can return after the next client (half hour later).The initial examination was quite comprehensive to document conditions of each tooth/gum conditions with x-ray for assessment of further works required and recommendation to your home dentist to follow up with. 2nd appointment is deep cleaning that also allow better determination of the actual conditions to write up a report for your home dentist on consequent steps & actions required.Overall experience for my treatment at this clinic is definitely 4 stars, from the Periodontist to his assistant, & receptionist, etc. Thanks for your service!

I didn't get the chance to see Dr. Yang. But the receptionist provided rude service. She said the Dr. will exam your teeth for first time for 45 minutes just to talk to you about the treatment option (I have provided x-ray pic.) and charges $$$. The first time meeting with the dentist he will do nothing. You have to come the second time. Then she hand up the phone.. I was trying to call back to cancel the appointment, and she never picked up the phone again. And cancellation of an appointment without notification will be charged per the website, email is not for appointment and cancellation. Such a ugly dentist receptionist I have ever met!
