Terrible customer service, shoe ripped after 3 weeks.They are not a Nike Partner, completely miss leading. Stay away, just buy on Nike website.

0 customer service. Dont shop here. it looked like a hangout spot for the staff. Awful management and awful customer service never go there.

No greeter at door, walk around and then saw a hoodie I like to purchase but I’m short and I can’t reach for it. Stood there for about 8 min until a sale guy offer to help. His name was Bradly, friendly and fast service. Sweet to talk to. I get to the cashier. Waited for about 4 min until she realized I’m waiting to pay. Then she scan my items and threw it to the next guy. Girl u don’t need to toss it like a ragdoll. All the reviews for this store location are correct. There’s 0 Customer service. Compare to Toronto Nike flagship store. You can’t compare Apple to Pear. This store need new Management.

I was amazed how this new Nike store was all organized and helpful when we first set foot in the store, unlike any other Nike store, they are all helpful, sticks with you until you find what you’re looking for, I was a little disappointed at first when 2 of my chosen models weren’t in stock, but who can say no to a Jordan 13 retro, eh?I’m 46, I had one of the first! ‘93 Vintage Nike Air Jordan VIII 8 Bugs Bunny Classic OG, when I used to play ball. Again, I’m 46 and these Jordan’s never get old, Chris the manager of the sneakers section, was extremely helpful, not annoying not pushy at all, like any other store outlet , I highly recommend giving this place a visit, you won’t be disappointed! He made me live the good old days again, Chris and colleagues, thank you for this amazing purchase. I’ll be for sure visiting again. Keep up the good work. Hope this gets to @Nike HQ to her compensated for the amazing customer service you offered.

I’d leave half a star if I could. I have worked for Nike before in the states. The customer service at Nike Laval was terrible. You should be greater when you walk in the store and should be asked if they could help with anything. Not only was I not helped at all, multiple employees would hang out and not help people. Too many people working at this store on a weekend to not help out. Train employees up to Nike standards…

Where do I start ? Upon arriving there, there was a barrier setup and an employee was letting people in , yet the store was jam packed ? As soon as I get in, all I see is kids working there. No adult to supervise . Customer service was awful, my pregnant wife asked a girl for a shoe size and the girl left only to never come back. I had to go see what took so long , turned out these kids where hanging out in front of the entrance to the back store chatting it up. At least come back and say it wont be long. We told the employee forget it but she kept on insisting that someone would bring her the shoes. We just left. THANK GOD FOR ONLINE SHOPPING. Not having to deal with over crowd and employees who lack maturity and professionalism. Never ever going to that place . Beware

Beat Nike ever so organize and have good prices

This review is for the salesperson Kevin. We all love this brand and there so many stores at Carrefour that carry it. So why choose one store over another.Today I just went in to look around and get an idea of what to buy my fifteen year old. Kevin was so patient and so helpful and so friendly that I ended up buying many things. He never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. He ran to the back to find sizes and offered great suggestions.Hassan was also amazing because he even offered to try things on so I could gauge the size. It wasn’t needed, but I’m appreciative of his generosity.Bravo to Nike for their great crew.

I got there knowing already exactly what I wanted, witch was a very common model that I judged they obviously would have. To ask an employee for it I first had to find one(they were all cluttered together and talking at the back), then I said hello to one of them, I get ignored. So I insisted and I asked for what I wanted and I got told to look at the women’s section. The shoes I asked for were not women’s… To sum up costumer service in this store is awful and I will never shop there again, very condescending staff.
