Good selection, good prices, staff are helpful, but the lack of bilingual staff at the cash that make you feel welcome is the only reason they don't a 5 from me. I am bilingual, my wife is not and my daughter is learning. My daughter went to make a purchase and there was no effort by the cashier to communicate with her for the purchase when my daughter asked what to do (her first time making a purchase)

If you're looking for gold quality, affordable balloons for birthday parties, this is the place to go. They also have a lot or home items, gardening etcMany items are over your typical 1,2,3,4$ but you do find great things at good prices
