Compared to more recently built theatres the seats are smallish with little leg support, no reclining, immovable arm rests.Still good overall but not up to par with other locations.

Good luck trying to navigate their food menu. If you want a combo they offer on the main concession stand with Hot Dogs they send you to another concession after spending a lot of time waiting on line. Once in the hot dog stand, no hot dog and partial menu items are available.At the end had to see the movie half eay through just waiting in line. It's sad you have to go to Ottawa to get a good movie experience.

The staff are nice and friendly.The theater is in dire need of work. We were in number 11 and two seats were completely broken and the seat directly in front of me the material was torn, fully exposing the foam.The bathroom was terrible. The stench of stale urine and the inside of my stall, walls and floor made me wonder when it was last cleaned. Used to enjoy going here but not anymore.

Not impressed with the amount we have to pay for aovie and the mediocre service I have received at every step. Loads of staff that obviously haven't been trained properly.Missed out on my Scene rewards, directed to my movie when it was just ending from the previous viewing. After paying $50++ I'm terribly disappointed in the service here.

Clean rooms, fast service, Parking is good but regular screen size is too small. Very out dated, no reclining chairs, older set up so your not getting your dollars worth like the ones in Ottawa. I would actually drive to the Ottawa locations even though they have flaws too(food service) but they have everything up to date.

Great theatre with 16 cinemas and an Arcade. The staff is very courteous and helpful! They have all amenities including a few small restaurants inside.The only issue is the price of the arcade is a bit high... e.g. Price of the tokens for the arcade is too high or, doesn't give enough tokens per bundle or, the games charge too many tokens...But other than that, this is the biggest, and best theatre in the region :)

I always enjoy my visits to starcite. Staff are polite and helpful, theaters are clean and the quality of projection is generally good. It has been an issue from time to time, with screenings occasionally appearing dark and out of focus. Has not been an issue lately.

This place has really gone to the sh*@s. We went on a Saturday night, it was really busy. They had one popcorn machine running, no chips and dip, no fro-yo available. The line-ups were crazy- 4 lines and it still took almost 35 min to get served. The place is discussingly dirty.Seats don't recline and smells really bad in the cinemas.
