These are the type of people you want to support, being a customer here has that small town welcoming feeling. The staff are informative and friendly and just all together welcoming. Barcley is going above and beyond to help me get the proper filters fo an older swim spa that i have. Started using the Jacuzzi line of water chemestry products. Great pricing and able to continue with mu current products while i transition. Very helpful staff.

Highly recommend! We had shopped around at a few other places for a hot tub, Barclay and team at Simply Home and Leisure were by far friendliest and most knowledgeable. They helped us find what was best for our family, answered all of our questions and left us feeling confident about our purchase.Once the tub was purchased communication was great and came before expected. They were well prepared for the delivery and set up, they left no trace of being in our yard other then a tub. Simply made sure we felt confident with maintance and adding chemicals, made sure all of our questions were answered and if more came up they were always there to help.The customer service we provided was unbeatable and we will definatly be returning to the Simply group for more upgrades to our backyard.

Great experience with the guys. Got my tub there a few years ago. Sold me all the chemical I needed for the start up of my lakehouse tub and walked me through step by step what to do. Always helpful and Barclay and the team are amazing !!

We bought our tub from Simply Home & Leisure in 2021. From purchasing through to today; Barclay, Jeremy and team have provided exceptional customer service. Delivery and install was simple. They were great answering questions about chemicals and water balance. They even relocated our tub twice as we made changes to our yard. I highly recommend Simply Home & Leisure.
