The burgers are the best. No softserve ice cream...just prefroze serving for the rootbeer floats. Airconditioning is needed. And the place needs a good cleaning.

Went there and everything was disappointing and disgusting.The lady who served us was great, dont get me wrong.But where the cash register was, was full of spilt sticky root beer and god knows what else. The stand with the condiments were full of spilt pop and rings of dried up ketchup and salt everywhere. NONE of the tables were cleared off and were terribly gross with salt and pepper, crumbs etc.It was completely under staffed.My best friend works there and the boss is terribly rude to her and definitely not leader material.Overall bad place to eat.Nothing was clean.Nothing was sanitary.Just horrible.

Waiting 45mins for fast food seems ridiculous. Front line staff was very apologetic and explained they were short staffed due to someone calling in sick. We had a place we needed to be so finally had to ask for a refund. Staff in the back let out an audible frustrated argh! I recognize being busy and short staffed and so rating wouldnt have been as poor especially since front line staff was so accommodating. What i dont tolerate is terrible attitudes especially when we were leaving there hungry. Our order was pushed aside as there were other people coming in after us getting their orders.

We waited 30 minutes for our 2 burgers, fries and onion rings.They really need to speed up production. When we came in there was hardly anyone ahead of us. The food was delicious but hardly worth the wait.

Good food. People working are friendly. Short staffed because the government gives out to much free money for everyone to stay home and not work. Not the employers fault. Credit the hard working people who do serve you.

This A&W doesn't even rate one star. We wonder what kind of manager is in charge of this place? The service is terrible, which is noticeable by the number of people eating there. It too will close if something is not done about the poor service, the outside appearance and the way staff tend to customers.

9 times out of 10 that I've ever been here it's been unbelievable slow and understaffed. We waited for nearly 5 minutes behind someone already waiting at the drive through and another 5 when we pulled up to order. I hollered to see if someone was there and she answered in a split second. We had been waiting for nothing.

Wonderful full breakfast for the price can't be beat. Morning breakfast buns or English muffin awesome nice size sausage patty. Coffee can be hit or miss I don't understand why it fluctuates. Most staff are good. A lot better deal then eating at McDonald's we're coffee is often made wrong.Could use a lot more staff but it's the whole new thing we're Not to many people want to work for minimum wage.

I felt like I should eat here (as opposed to across the street) because I park on their lot. I waited in line (there were a couple of girls ahead of me) after a while I got the impression that they really weren't all that interested in taking the counter. No eye contact - no I'll be right with you ") So I walked out - across the street and was finished my fries and burger by the time the two girls who were ahead of me came out...bag in hand! Thought I would at least get a coffee. Nope! Not interested. They need more help
