He (and his big shop pooch, Lily) make the repairs on the spot when possible, and if he has to keep the clock, he tells us how much it's going to cost (or very close) before we leave them. He has repaired/put batteries in several clocks and watches for us and he is absolutely reliable.

Horrible experience. Took my 400 dollar Casio Gshock mudmaster to him for a battery replacement. He charges me 40 dollars to replace a $2 battery and the waterproofing on the watch doesnt work anymore. Between his nonexistent business hours and shoddy workmanship I had to ship my watch off to the manufacturer to repair the damage he did. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Took a malfunctioning wall clock in to see if the insides could be replaced. Own was friendly, said he could fix it, price was reasonable. I left the clock on Friday, picked it up on Monday. Works perfectly. There was a friendly dog in the store, Lily, and there were treats on the counter to give her. She was fun. I would recommend this shop in a heartbeat.

Excellent work on my cuckoo clock, and reasonably priced. No reservations about recommending it to others. Be prepared, however, he is very busy and you may have a wait. But the repair work is quality.
