I went into the store looking for new phone. I didn't find exactly what I was looking for but, Sumandeep-the sales associate was awesome! She was patient, not pushy at all, and very helpful. Next time I need something I'll definitely put sumandeep at the top of my list for amazing offers.

We got excellent service at The source store . The employee named Shubam explained everything in perfect way which helped us to decide our deal . His dealing method was really out of the blue . I really recommend everybody should go there .

Had such a great experience here. The Manager (Josh) convinced me to switch my cell phone to them. They had the phone I wanted and a great deal. Better than the stand alone cell companies. Definitely worth going there. They made the transition as easy as possible. Best cell phone experience! Staff was so friendly and helpful.

Ayushi is amazing dealing with the customers. I walked in to buy earphones and She gave me a really good deal on my new 14 pro max and I ended up buying it from her.It was a good experience overall.

I went in to exchange two jbl earbuds on warranty. I waited a couple of minutes and then I was helped. The lady that helped said there wad no warranty. I said O bought the extended warranty. She walked over to the other co-worker and asked him how to do that. He came over and it was about 5 min it was all figured out and I was on my way.One problem with the source they dropped that great warranty so it looks like I'm going somewhere else now.

First time I came in I dealt with Harman and I wasn’t happy with the amount of information she was able to provide. Ended up not having the necessary parts for the product I purchased. However, Prabjot was working when I came in the second time and she was amazing. She seemed much more knowledgeable and was able to provide me with what I needed! She really turned the whole experience around :)

Avoid buying a phone here go to Wireless. My mom has been a Bell MTS customer for 10+ years. They tried to rip her off about a few hundred dollars. I went to Wireless they offered my mom $62 30 GB plan in two secs with Bell. I had 3 kids basically not know how to really do much of anything. I am lucky I was with my mom.They also said it would take an hr to transfer the data from one to the other. Wireless also did this less then 30 mins. Anything phone related or plans avoid this place.
