The staff at Allen's is extremely knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. We recently brought our PC in to have some parts swapped out and even though they were dealing with an unforseen incident on their end, they made sure that we got our PC back as soon as possible. They even stayed open a little bit later so we could pick it up the same day. I would definitely recommend.

Great place to do business. Our family has used them on many occasions and found them helpful, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and friendly. This is the go to electronics store and we're lucky to have them in Port Perry.

I asked Sarah to quote me a custom build computer tailored to my needs. She did and I placed the order. We can't say enough good things about Allen Computers. The staff is very friendly, very knowledgeable and so accommodating. Our son had a self inflicted laptop computer issue (he dropped it!) and they had the computer back within 2 days so he could continue on with his online learning. They didn't worry about cost and stated that it's more important for him to get back to his schooling. That's one of the many things we love about Allen Computers. During these times computers are even more necessary and Allen Computers will be there to assist in anyway they can and they will get the job done!!

We continue to have a terrific experience with Allen Computers. Most recently my son tried to rebuild a computer on his own. We ended up having to bring it in to be built with an extra part or two. The staff took the time to explain to my son what was needed and what to do in the future! Very honest and knowledgeable! I would highly recommend!
