I’m so glad I passed my road test successfully. The test was with Ms Racia, she is very kind and patient. I was very relax during the test. I will definitely recommend this Registry to my siblings and friends who haven’t give their road test yet.

Very good Registry! All the staff are very friendly and polite! I would especially like to highlight the inspector Vera, for her help in all matters! I also want to highlight the driving examiner Fice, she is super professional!

I had a couple of transactions here and I must say that they are very knowledgeable and very keen to help you in way they can. Staffs are very polite and respectful. They will give all the information you need. However, the queue takes a while since they are undermanned but I guess that's reasonable.

If there was a 0 star option to rate this place I would choose it. Many employees are going to be rude to you off the bat for no reason. I went here to get my Learners test done however as I was presenting legal documentation to one of the staff, their demeanor and negative attitude overshot the entire experience and made me feel judged and unwelcomed. People of all ages can come and get their learners done - doesn't matter if they are 16 or 30yrs old. Doesn't make you any less of a person if you want to do it when you're older in age. If you want genuine good customer service, don't go here.

I just took my roadtest and Faica was a wonderful examiner. She was approachable and calm throughout my test. I was actually nervous taking my test as this would be my 4th time but she noticed me being nervous and told me to just relax and take a deep breath. Moreover, the staff who help me after my exam was fantastic. The staff on this location was very helpful.

I received excellent customer service from Rosslynn today - she certainly exceeded my service expectations. I needed to renew my drl and had to provide updated medical information. When I gave her my physician’s statement, my doctor had missed checking off one of the boxes. Instead of sending me away to get my doctor to do the form again, she offered to call my doctor’s office and have them amended the form and fax it back to her. Since my medical office stated it would be faxed in the next 30 to 90 minutes, I left to run errands. When I returned to the registry, there was a line up and Rosslyn was with another customer. When she finished with her customer, she called me over so I didn’t have to wait in line the second time. She completed my paperwork quickly and I was impressed with the experience I had.I’ll also mention that while waiting in line she seemed extremely proficient in assisting other customers in a thorough and timely manner.

After spending 40 min in line today my wife and I were still 4 people away from being served. The line behind us stretched to the door and we just walked out never to return.We have had questionable experiences with this registry in the past so this was the last straw.My wife and I were not in the morning it was 12:30 in the afternoon and the computer's were not down. Callingwood Registry did not have enough staff and was not properly prepared to deal with the situation that happened today.

Huge line up, but it is the last day to get them done lol. I lined up outside, it took 14 people and 45 minutes to get served. They were short staffed. Once I got service it was only 3 minutes. Staff was excellent.
