Allure Hotel & Suites London Downtown

Just returned from an overnight stay at Allure. Perfect location with a 15 minute walk to London Music Hall for a concert. The room was wonderful and the staff were super. But, there is no signage to show what building and direction into the parking. Even with GPS we still drove by it and had drive around the block and were guessing that the ramp was for parking. There is one elevator out of order, which wasn't too bad as it wasn't too busy. The free included breakfast was very disappointing. There was the usual cereals, toast and muffins that most places offer but for hot foods, it is seriously lacking. We happened to find in a fridge, microwavable breakfast sandwiches which were unfortunately inedible. Before I decided to write a review, I looked at a few more reviews and found the both the elevator and signage issues were spoken about more than 6 months ago. If we were going to another concert we would think about staying there again but would be prepared

Worst experience ever. I would definitely NOT recommend anybody come here. We Came here because it said pet friendly but we were charged an unexpected pet fee and had to fill out a pet form as well when arriving at the hotel even though we booked the most expensive room here. No wonder we were one of 2 cars in the parking lot.

The Allure Hotel and Suites offers Excellent Value. They're conveniently located on the east side of Downtown London. My room was clean, spacious and well equipped with customizable climate control. The bed in my King room was extremely comfortable with a wide selection of pillows to satisfy even the most discerning guest. There's a great TV and many toiletries are offered in the large, well-equipped bathroom. The efficiently-sized gym, on the 2nd Level, is nicely equipped with very well maintained apparatus and a centrally located TV monitor. I was very pleased to find a Main Level Business Office which provided me the opportunity to easily check my email and complete many web searches, as well as print a couple of documents. I was especially pleased with the abundance of really nice offerings presented in the Main Level Dining Room, in connection with the complimentary breakfast that's available from 6 to 9 AM. When I return to London, I will be extremely pleased to stay here again.BRAVO -- Allure Hotel and Suites, London, ON !

I would never ever stay at this hotel again. I was quoted $213 at the front desk and I stayed two nights. I received a charge on my credit card for $673. This hotel is a 1-star, at best. I was told there would be an additional fee for my dogs of $35/night. Still, that's $426 + $70 = $496. I called to dispute the charge and apparently the room rate was misquoted and was $219/night, and the fee for the dogs was $35 EACH not $35 for both as I was informed. This hotel is nowhere near worth close to $700 for 2 nights. I went there to escape a terrible situation, and now I'm stuck with a ridiculous bill for a sub-par hotel who misinformed me at check in. NEVER AGAIN.After receiving a sub-par response from the hotel, I will add that I WAS NOT ADVISED AT THE CHECK-IN THE PROPER RATE, THE COST FOR PARKING, OR THE COST FOR TWO DOGS. Your response is consistent with the low quality of your hotel.

Service and location were good. The room was small, there were small black circular stains on one of the lampshades that had been turned around so it wasn't really noticeable unless you had to look under the shade to find the switch. Bathroom was really tiny, when seated on the toilet the toilet paper actually presses into your arm it is that close and there were screw holes in the wall not even plastered over it looked like someone had removed something and just left it. The grab and go breakfast was awful we just grabbed a prepackaged muffing that was so dry and stale that even coffee (not gotten from the hotel) couldn't wash it down. For the price not really what I expected

Overall we were satisfied with our stay here, we just needed a convenient place to stay for the night while we attended a concert at Budweiser Gardens! Although check in was slow & they only had 1 operational elevator, everything else was good. The room was very clean & they had toiletries if needed for a shower and such. It is a 14 minute walk to Budweiser Gardens & is super close to a Pizzeria and convenient store. The price was a little expensive, but I did book a bit last minute & we received a massive room with a kitchen and everything.

Rooms are clean......that's about it. Stayed there first weekend of February, elevator still wasn't working. The crack heads in the underground garage are guarding your vehicles. The biggest shocker is that this hotel (I'm assuming the city pays for it) is letting people with mental health and drug addictions stay on the 3rd floor. There is a fantastic odour of stale cigarette smoke all through the 3rd floor, must be smoking only floor. Do yourself a favour stay somewhere else.

Took us three rounds to find the hotel in general, zero signage to the hotel and the parking area. Finally find where we need to go and get into the building and have to wait 5 minutes for the only available elevator because the other is down, and the stairs do not go to lobby. The room has its own thermostat which is nice. But they didn't clean out the fridge and had previous people's garbage in it and we had to dispose of it. Makes me question the cleanliness of the whole place.When we were checking out we have no idea how much we were charged since they said we had to go to some obscure website to find it. No reference just go to Expedia to whom we didn't book with? All in all you pay for what you get. But I would truly truly suggest putting a sign up for your location. It is a miracle people found you at all.

Night time there is homeless people wondering around which was alarming for us, me and my 12yr old daughter. Also wish to have more variety for breakfast. But overall it is good value, the room is neat and staff are very helpful.

Agree with other reviewers that the location is hard to find, but modern GPS makes it fairly moot. The room was clean and comfy. We had a small red stain in the carpet (pretty clearly wine) but it was otherwise a great room. Staff was friendly and there was plenty to do in the area. Parking was right beneath the building so you can't get more convenient than that. Would seek them out again if we were back in the area!
