Absolutely amazing! My mistake was relying on a sales associate from the big box store that I purchased my fridge from for a water filter for the ice maker in my unit. I initially contacted this business for the installation, after all, I thought I had purchased the correct filter. The staff at Dr Appliance took the time to investigate and order in a specialty filter. One that not only this business did not know about, nor did their suppliers. This was a learning experience for everyone. It was exceptionally comforting to leave this in their field of expertise. The attention to detail that the service tech performed was above and beyond what my experience has been in the past with other businesses. If you want something done right, call this business. We received on two occasions professional, polite very efficient service by a technician called Jay. He took time to examine our clothes dryer and explained in details what was broken and how he could fix it. This was on the Friday on Sunday late afternoon yes Sunday!! We received a text from him asking if he could come and finish the repairs on our dryer tomorrow. He arrived a little after 9h on Monday and replaced the parts and the dryer was up and running!! What a breath of fresh air to receive courteous, knowledgeable and efficient services. Hats off to Jay and Doctor Appliances!

Highly recommend. Service was efficient, fast, and friendly. Our dryer was diagnosed, disassembled, fixed, and cleaned in great time. Sergii had a look at the washer for a possible concern, and gave great advice. Instead of costing us a bunch of extra money. I always appreciate when someone passes on the chance to make a ton of money. If there isn't great payoff for the client. Can't say enough nice things about him.
