Standing in the store as I write this review. I walked in over 30 minutes ago with my partner. 3 employees on the floor and we have not been greeted nor have we been asked if we need any help. Since we walked in, 3 clients have walked in, been served and walked out. Finally we get served by a woman carrying around a phone on speaker as she explains that she is on hold for one of the clients that came in after us and to expect her to walk away at any time. Lots of work to be done with the customer service in this store.

I had a great experience here. The lady helped us pick out a few options for the exterior paint and gave us excellent options that worked perfectly with our brick colour and roof shingle colours.

Good quality product and selection. Freindly & helpful staff. Like that they carries doors accessories. 1 minus pointer, it's way too hot in the store when the sun shines in.

Benjamin Moore makes the highest quality paint I've ever used. The store has knowledgeable staff who are very helpful. The prices are quite high for a gallon of paint $70 when compared to Behr or CIL. However, there is more pigment in the paint vs liquid. The coverage is excellent and dries fast. Better quality paint will cost more. The outdoor deck paint holds up pretty well to Quebec's harsh winters. Preparation and application is the key. Sanding and staining with no direct sunlight. Good results with minimal maintenance. Always use classic oil on deck boards and water based on railings for best results.

It was so great dealing with Jennifer today. She clearly has a passion for what she does. She was very helpful in helping me choose some paint colours and accent colours. Can’t wait for my next project....I’ll definitely be back!

I'm furious. I have been getting paint here all week, and today they gave my team eggshell instead of Mat. My team painted clients house, and realized after dry it's not the right color, or sheen.I only buy Benjamin Moore because it's the best. Now I have to pay a team of 2 to come fix the error, so 3 hrs x 2 ppl, plus their 2 hour round trip and 100.00 in gas. Sorry isn't enough
