This is one of the best beer store I have been to. The staff is very friendly and it's not as busy as other beer stores. Plus this one is open till late than other ones. There are complaints about this store from a number of people, including some of my friends, for the way the staff behaves. Although I never had a bad experience myself. And there's free parking.

I recently visited your Macey location on January 17,2021 at 5:01pm ET. During my visit I seen that the cashier a skinny white brunette lady drinking while cashing customer, she looked intoxicated along with your other employees working that evening.The item I purchased was 24 tall cans of Amsterdam Blondie, the plastic wrapping was stretched out already I did not think anything of it. Until I brought it home and to my surprise all 24 tall cans were damaged all of them.I understand its a pandemic, and I wasn't going to complain but this is unacceptable behavior of your staff and when you pay for your product it should be at par for your consumers. (Quality Control)

This beer store is suppose to be open till 10pm but its not. Would not have been so bad if the people at the beer store at Victoria Park and Kingston Road didn't send us here or would have served us properly when we were there at five to 9pm

There is a Caucasian girl working at this location that has no professional customer service skills.She talks to people in an high pitch iirate tone which is very devaluing and disrespectful.

Good selection and friendly staff. However, some of the clientele can be on the ignorant side of the spectrum. The inevitable drunks and panhandlers are harmless enough, but some of the people returning bottles can get very rude and aggressive if you try to cut in front of them with fewer bottles. They grab the spot right in front of the return counter and expect you to wait with maybe 10 bottles while they unload and count hundreds of bottles and cans.

This beer store has the best people working there. They are always polite and helpful. They put up with a lot so be nice to them, they'll be nice to you. They should not have to put up with biligerant customers.

Pretty run of the mill beer store location. Big parking lot. Has the basic 2-4 selection spot, everything else you order from behind the counter. Had (I believe 3?) active registers going, but it was quite busy on account of it being Labour Day. Everything moved very quickly considering. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Good covid safety measures going on. Nothing really to complain about, was in and out with what I came for. Easy to find location also.
