White Wall Studio

Extremely unprofessional and terrible experience at this studio. I was texting the owner all day and confirmed that we'd meet at 6:30 sharp at 3pm the same day. He told me to message him before leaving and kept updating him all the way there and told him when we'd arrive. We came all the way in massive traffic during rush hour, paid for parking and when we show up, we're greeted with a frustrated and angry pilates instructor in the middle of her course. She was so angry and the whole class saw us and when I called the guy he didnt even care enough to apologize and just asked me if I could reschedule or come back 2 hours later... This was going to be a long-term lucrative contract with him and it's sad it had to be this way... Very disappointed... Do not book with him if you want professional service!!

Espace épuré et propre. Les journées chaudes planifiez d’amener des ventilateurs. Amenez votre propre source d’eau. Une toilette sur place avec douche. Le propriétaire très aimable et accommodant.
