This is the best bookkeeping and payroll service I have had since I purchased my business back in 2015. They have a great team and very good systems in place. Onboarding was a breeze, with very clear step-by-step instructions to follow. Love working with Nancy, their payroll administrator, she's been taking care of our employees benefits admin and payroll taxes and what not. In our line of business (food services), we have quite a turnover, with people come and go all the time, and having payroll outsourced has helped us focus on what is essential to our business, and we let Valley Business Centre take care of all the other processes (Receiver General, ROEs, T4As, etc.).
