Purchased a gift (3 days before Christmas) for my daughter that did not fit. They have a return policy of 2 days. Attempted to return first day after the storms. They offered to put it back up on consignment at an additional 45%. Will not purchase from them again.

Lovely store! I got my saddle from there and I love it! Great prices and friendly staff. For some reason Google says it’s open on Mondays, but it’s not so keep that in mind for anyone planning to go on a Monday

extremely friendly customer service from the lovely gal who was working yesterday (november 28th). found a pony martingale, pony cooler, a jacket and a vest for a great deal. plus puppy pets are always a bonus!

My daughter had consigned a considerable amount of items at the store over the last couple of years, and we went today to consign some more items. My daughter also inquired about the existing credit on her account from the items sold by the store over the last couple of years, and the owner of the store informed us that there is a time limit" on monies kept from customer sales

I went into this store as a former rider and current horse enthusiastThere were 2 people working, 2 other customers (mom and young daughter who were browsing) and in the 5 minutes I was there, I wasn't even acknowledged. I wanted to ask about local stables where I could get back into the barn but after that encounter, wouldn't trust their opinion. Would not return.

This store is one of my favorites!From there brand new merch to all of the consignment items. A must stop for equine and farm life needs!!The gals are awesome, and super helpful.

I had the best experience here. I went in for a pair of breeches, found the breeches that I needed at such a great price that I could afford to get exactly the shirt and vest that I had in mind as well. I left the store so excited with my new stuff! I got way more and spent way less money than I thought I would. To top it all off, the ladies were amazingly kind and helpful, they even watched my 2 year old daughter while I was in the change room. It made my kids day being able to play with the dog, Frankie! The store is very homey and welcoming. My new favourite shop!

Received my items today and I am just as unimpressed as I was with their customer service or lack thereof. After spending over $40.00 in shipping I was at least expecting it to arrive in a box.... Instead, It was in a bag that was ripped thankfully none of my items were missing or damaged. I was also rudely told by the owner that my items would have not fit in a flat rate box from Canada post. I come to find that they 100% would have. If you are looking to have anything shipped from here I would suggest looking elsewhere before doing so.
