2 1/2 stars. The training video itself was good, 3 stars. It gave a good overview but could have been improved by being more specific on certain functions. Examples: (1) do you always have to add operators separately line by line or can they be all in a string? (2) Report schedules auto-populate into management reporter:" (where exactly would that be?) (3) "you can download into Report Viewer" (the actual report? just the data? how do I move a report into Report Viewer so that no one has to access Management Reporter to run a report?) I guess I'll just have to figure it out on my own...which is a poor excuse for a video marketed towards "people who have never previously used Management Reporter."The training is badly overshadowed by the horrific organizational structure.
