Beware when booking - I scheduled a service call and a call before heading to my home. I didn’t receive the call and no longer required the service. The person attended and refused to leave unless paid or authorized to leave.The call attendant admitted it was his mistake for not relating the message to call before attending at my home. Despite this he said he would send the service call fee to collections.This is an unprofessional service trying to blame the customer for their admitted error. It demonstrates the desperation and guarantees no future calls from me.

Rating would have been 5 stars but they missed installation of a part. Technician (Jeffrey) is very knowledgeable, courteous, prompt in the service of our oven the soonest we confirmed that we received all the required parts.

Eugene from Prime Appliances just diagnosed and fixed my refrigerator issue within a half an hour. He was communicative, knowledgeable and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend this company as their response time was immediate and very professional. Thanks for the great work.

The rep who set up the meeting was prompt in responding, which I appreciated. No having to wait for confirmationThe repairman who came was also very professional and thorough. Took his shoes off, explained what the problem was, kept a tidy workspace, and asked if we needed clarification on anything. Invoicing was clear as well. Would definitely go with this company again for future appliance issues

The delivered the service they promised. My refrigerator was fixed in just a couple of hours and the work done was professional and quick!

Invoice # 1416- The washing machine of my Parents (who are seniors) broke down due to a common issue I that I discovered with front load washing machines. The washing machine started to make a loud knocking noises when running through the spin cycle. While the machine still ran and emptied the water appropriately, the drum eventually stopped turning. I called several appliance repair services… the majority of which stated that I should purchase a new machine after I described the problem. Having resided to purchasing a new machine reluctantly, I decided to call one last repair company. After describing my issue fully, the repair man was upfront and honest that the machine was fixable but would be costly. At any rate we decided to go ahead with the repairs. Daniel was very enthusiastic to do this job. He literally took the entire machine apart, cleaned, fix the part and put the machine back together. Daniel was more than an amazing repair man. He was polite and respectful, wore booties in my house, and was able to work in the cramped quarters of where the washing machine resided. My machine works better now than it ever has. To top it all off, I received a follow up phone call a week later to ensure all was still well with my washer. Which repair company do you know does that! I have recommended this Company's services to my friends and will definitely not hesitate to call this company for any future repairs. My only complaint would be that they should have some sort of discount for seniors. Thank you for an amazing job!

Excellent service from Daniel at Prime Appliance Repairs. Our fridge stopped working on New Years Eve and they came for a service call within a few hours. Daniel quickly diagnosed the problem and took the control board back to the shop to have it fixed. He then returned New Years Day and put the board back in. Fridge is up and running. Daniel was friendly, knowledgable and professional.

Invoice#11482 First time using this company for a dryer that stopped working. They came same day to access the issue and sent service Gatjiak to install the part. The new part ended up being faulty from the supplier but he recognized right away. Ordered a new part and within a day he was back to install another one which seems to be good now. He was very pleasant and efficient. Definitely would call this company back again for future services.

I asked prime to fix our dryer and they responded quickly and the repair was done over two days. We were happy and the cost was reasonable.The warranty is six Month Parts and labor. Also they checked the washer and it seems ok but if we have any problem with it within the next three Months they will waive the fee for the diagnostic which we paid with the invoice of the Dryer.
