Got my nose pierced by Briar - she was friendly, fun and professional. She made me feel comfortable and made the process as painless as possible. I will definitely be back if I want another piercing! ☺️

I called for an appointment first thing in the morning. I was able to get in to see Whitney. It is always a pleasure to have Whitney take care of my request. She is very friendly and professional.The staff is very friendly and attentive when I came in and was acknowledged immediately. I recommend Elan Vitale to any who is looking for services offered by them

Amazing experience!!! Tracy did my pricing for me and I am so glad she did. Very clean and precise. It's been 3 days and it looks like they have been there for years! Very knowledgeable and she has tonnes of her own peircings as well! I am also a breast cancer survivor and Johnny took some time with me to explain and show me some tattoos that would hide my scars or even replace the image of nipples. I feel very comfortable with all the staff, they are very welcoming and friendly. Make your next appointment with them and you won't be disappointed. Tracy is the absolute BEST! She pierced both of my daughters ears and was so kind and patient with them. I can’t recommend her enough!

I have gone to Tracy for lash extension only a couple of times and I am hooked! My lashes were in rough shape from another salon and Tracy explained how we were going to get them in better condition and how her approach avoids damage. The difference has been huge. My natural lashes are already looking better. The extensions themselves look fantastic and there is no way to tell that they aren't the real thing.

I recently had a nose piercing done at Elan Vitale Salon. I was pleased with the entire experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks so much to Briar for her expertise.Shortly after, i accidentally pulled the jewellery out of my piercing and had to go back as I was too clutzy to put the corkscrew jewellery back in. This time Tracey helped me and she was great. She was friendly and quickly took care of my problem.I would go back again, hands down.

I was referred to Elan Vitale Salon by a friend. I was nervous because it was my first treatment ever. I also have a budget to consider. The staff are exceptional in knowledge of products and procedures. They are kind and helpful and very professional. They worked with me to stay within my budget as well as achieve what I wanted. I did not feel pressured or rushed. I was treated as if I was the only client they have. They are growing so fast due to satisfied customers that they are adding more staff members. My advise, if you want something done but feel nervous or afraid of the cost, check them out first with a free consultation, you will be glad you did and I feel you can achieve what you want in time regardless of your budget. My only negative comment is that I waited too long, due to fear and my budget. Don’t make the same mistake. Go in for a free consultation as soon as you can!

I love my visits to Elan Vitale! I have been coming for manicures & pedicures with Whitney for over 10 years! She is always friendly and professional in her services. I look forward to my visit every month. Highly recommend!

I really hate to leave a negative review but we had a bad experience, I have attempted to contact the salon and sent an email over a week ago with no response so I am just going to copy my email to this review:Hi there,I was just emailing regarding my daughter's experience this past week and hoping that we could get a refund.My daughter made an apt and came in June 22. She made an appointment for a mini set. She told the technician that this was her first time (she's 15) and wanted a very natural look and showed a photo of what she was hoping for. (Which was a picture of her friend whom got the mini set done from your salon) Online for the mini set it said it takes 60 minutes. This appointment was 2.5 hours. The technician was pleasant enough but unfortunately they were not what was expected or asked. Both eyes were extremely different and uneven and the lashes were huge and FAR from natural. At one point the top of her eyelid was glued to the bottom eyelid and required two people to come in and assist. She came home and was unhappy with the outcome. Her eyes were very irritated (possibly from them being stuck together). I called 5 times to speak to someone regarding this after she left the apt and left a voice message. The next day was her birthday and it was incredibly sore and irritating. She called and the receptionist was able to schedule her in for the next morning. We arrived at our apt and discussed our concerns with the technician (Kaylee). We weren't sure if it would be beneficial to take some off, cut them or what the process would entail. Or to just remove them. Kaylee suggested removing them and maybe in the future getting a lift and tint. Overall it was not a pleasant experience and my daughter spent $75 plus tax and tip on something that was not what she wanted, irritated her eyes and required being removed the following day. I have heard nothing but great things about your salon. A few very close friends go there religiously, so I was surprised with our experience.My daughter was really looking forward to this for her birthday and saved up the money for the appointment so with that being said I hope this situation can be rectified.Thank you kindly,Amy Foster_____________________________________• Also to add, instagram had a post that all services done by this new staff should receive 20% off which my daughter did not receive.We are just disappointed in the service provided and the fact that we couldn't get a simple reply back about the situation. Beautiful little spa and salon in Welland. Full service. I’ve had facials, massages, eyebrows and lash lifts done. All the estheticians are friendly and warm. Would recommend.
