The store is incredibly filthy. Their meat Dept is sketchy as Fμ*κ with a terrible odour coming from their burchered animal products

Called to ask for a particular Persian bread, he began speaking Farsi, I explained that I don’t speak it and he was incredibly rude, asking me why I’m asking about Persian bread. Racist and rude behaviour from this store owner. I won’t be supporting such a blatantly racist shop and won’t recommend it to anyone.

Reading the reviews after having a bad experience at this place with the owner him self really shows how his a bad and aggressive person with an Awful customer service .Closing way ahead your business hours and responding by ( I don’t care this is a private business ) so why are you open to the public???and when I asked if that’s how you treat you customers, he literally started to be verbally aggressive and gets too close to me saying it again ( I don’t care ).So I started to leave while I’m in shock then tells me that in Ramada I need to come early.What a Joke!!!

Good location for me to get halal meat, but service is highly inconsistent. They don't seem to be sure if they are running a proper butcher shop or not. The owner is friendly, and once you get to know the employees they are ok. The cuts of meat are cheap and the quality is good but not excellent, and variety is severely lacking.

I've been to a lot of halal meat shops all around Calgary and I can honestly say this one is one of my favorites, when I walked in the staff was very friendly and made me feel as if I was at home, they helped me find the meat I was looking for and it was even cheaper then I expected. On top of all that they're meat was not cheap quality, it tasted like actual fresh meat that me and my whole family enjoyed very much I would strongly recommend coming here for your halal meats

Was going there regularly and getting halal meat, but once winter came the store had a bad odour that never went away and customer service was never great there to begin with. Probably one of the better shops in the area for Halal meat... but not worth the unfriendly interact to do repeat business anymore.

Meat always smells and the store owner closes early and doesn’t follow posted store hours.Bad customer service, the owner is rude and they wouldn’t even cut chicken which I don’t understand - this is a butcher right?Terrible hygiene standards do not recommend this place at all.

I've shopped here and gave them a chance to mature and improve dozens of times. My general experience is that the owner has zero social skills and horrendous customer service. The cleanliness is questionable too given the smell and how many times I've been handed a bloody receipt and shopping bag after they handled meat without gloves and didn't wash their hands when they came to ring me through at the cash register. I've also called to ask a simple question before and the owner hung up on me without even bothering to answer it. So classy. Don't waste your time or money here, there are other halal butchers, and convenience stores in the city.

By far the cleanest halal meat shops I have been too, the staff is very nice and make great conversation. The meat is great and the prices are even better. I would highly recommend this halal meat shop to anyone that is looking for halal meat or any other ethnic spices/foods.
