I am recently retired and was looking for lakefront property as my permanent residence. I have some friends in the Temiscaming, and searched MLS in that area. I found a house that interested both my wife and myself. My wife picked up the phone and called Vincent as he had several houses listed in the area. Our retirement journey started with that one phone call to Vincent Labranche whom we have never met. We arranged a date with Vincent to show us five houses. When we arrived he was extremely organized in arranging the viewings. We viewed all the houses and were impressed with the original house I found. Vincent was fantastic to deal with he. We found his expertise and knowledge with the area extremely helpful. He gave us all the information we needed and suggested we think about what we wanted before we took the next step. There was zero pressure from him to make any decisions. After several days and phone calls to Vincent we arranged another viewing of the house we liked. Again, he was very well organized, all the information on the house was ready for us as well as information he emailed to us. We entered the next stage and put in an offer on the house. Vincent provided insight and suggested what our second offer should be. Our offer was accepted but Vincent's help did not end there. He assisted us during the entire process. We were impressed with the quality of service and the extent of knowledge Vincent provided. Vincent's passion for real estate is obvious. This started with a phone call to someone we had never met. Vincent treated us like we mattered, not like just another client. We could not have asked for better service, better information, or a better experience. We were so impressed with Vincent's service and knowledge that we suggested our daughter talk to him in regards to a house in the area. Although she did not purchase this time, she will be using Vincent for her future real estate needs.
