I would highly recommend First Comes Love to any bride. The lovely lady who helped me was absolutely wonderful, so helpful, knew what she was doing, and helped me pick out a beautiful dress. They have beautiful bridal gowns, with plenty of options with reasonable prices. 10/10 recommendation.

I have nothing but great things to say about Candace and her team. We were married in Kamloops last May and found the service to be superb! Quick to respond and address any questions or concerns with planning the decor for our wedding. Very flexible while we made numerous changes and additions. Great attention to detail while setting up - it looked amazing! The packages were very reasonably priced - comparable to a big city like Ottawa, where we’re currently living. Very highly recommend!!

The lady's here are absolutely amazing! We purchased our daughters prom dress here. The time they take to make sure it fits (for the try on) I wish I could remember the name of the young lady that helped us! She made that whole experience for our daughter unforgettable and everlasting core memories. All I can say is thank you! I highly recommend!!

This was great! Went here for grad dress shopping. I wasn't aware that we needed to book appointments ahead of time, but the lady there kindly allowed us to browse anyway. The ladies were super helpful with finding dresses that fit my style and were the correct size. I ended up finding a dress I loved. They were very accommodating to make it more affordable.

I had the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time at a high end boutique from a woman named Janelle Proctor. Absolutely went above and beyond to welcome me, listen to my specific needs and made it happen - the perfect dress was shipped in for me from New York USA. Nothing best in clothing and service - highly recommend contacting this woman as you will be ultimately satisfied with service and product. Thank you Janelle Proctor !! I would highly recommend First Come Love in Kamloops! Both the ladies were very friendly! One of the ladies named Sue, was the one helping me, and she was so kind and patient, she made sure I left the store happy and I did. I found a beautiful dress for my graduation, and couldn’t be happier! I am very thankful that I had a great experience here, and would recommend it to anyone!

What was suppose to be an exciting and memorable time for my daughter turned into such a negative experience. First we were squished up front with another grad in a cramped space to try on dresses. Because two grads were there we spent a lot of time waiting to be helped in and out of dresses. The sales lady helping my daughter body shamed her and told her she needed to not come out in dresses because it might make the other girl beside us uncomfortable because of their size difference. When my daughter made a cute comment of being excited for when the time comes to pick out a wedding dress she was told she was being ridiculous and to get a job. When we chose the dress they didn’t have the colour we wanted so we were told we could order it in our desired colour. When our dress finally arrived after 7.5 months of waiting it was not exactly the same as the dress we tried on. The bodice of the dress was sheer and had no lining like the dress in the store. When I called to discuss these problems I was told nothing will be done to help in any way. I said I would not be back with my any of my other daughters for their grad she said I was the problem for not continuing to support small businesses. It took so long to get our dress ordered in all seamstresses were booked and we have had such a hard time trying to line and fix her dress. Please do yourself a favour and go else where!
