PINKS NAILS SPA II

Will not return. I had an awful experience there when I got a pedicure. My heels were not scraped and I said something and was basically called a liar and offered to purchase cream. My heels still look and feel dry and cracked and feel awful. Then my polish on my big toes polish were completely messed up as well. I give one star.

Will recommend this place for sure! Everyone was so friendly and funny. Such a great experience and wonderful team. Salon was extremely clean and they sanitized everything before and after use. They even had a very colourful" person walk in demanding service

Very friendly but the nail technician cut the tip and asked me if the length was alright I said yes and she continued on after she had done the acrylic on my nails she says oh by the way I am charging you $5 extra for the length. I didn't ask for the length so why am I being charged extra I didn't really have the extra. My nails are lumpy, I can't pick things up they are so thick, I asked for coffin they look like rectangles, there are acrylic pieces sticking out the sides that are catching/pulling my clothes in a spot my nail file won't reach and the feel like they are going to pop off because the tips weren't glued on completely. I tried to say something but she was too busy talking. My friend suggested this place and I won't go back so disappointed. I don't get my nails done often but I had a special occasion and now my nails look gross and I can't afford to fix them as they were a present. I'm very sad. I have been crying I'm so upset.

Just got my nails done here. HORRIBLE experience. Hurt my fingers. Rude to me. Didn’t listen to what I asked for. Just would not go back here. Other places in town are better than here.Ended up with cute nails but NOT what I asked for

The best place in the Sault to get your nails done. Ask for tina, she’s amazing. However anyone is just as great. Just be sure to ASK for what you want and how you would like it done. Can’t assume they can read your mind. I go every two weeks and i’m never disappointed

Got my nails done Friday .. feeling like they are lifting already.. did such a rushed job . If you couldn’t or didn’t have time to take me a simple no would have been ok … blue was a washed out black( he did fix the colour) bad shape . And lifting after 2 days !! For 65$ go else were really . I heard nothing but good things about Tina . Figured I’d give them a chance . First impression of the man doing nails and him asking why I didn’t just go to a the one in the mall . Ok if you didn’t want my business it’s fine .. didn’t trim my nails lookUglyUnderneath .. main focus is the shape and the lifting .. so much for a treat myself day more like wasted my money.

As soon as I walked in the place didn’t smell nice, it smelled very off and just not good what so ever. I found the lady to be quite rude and demanding. Also if you give them your colour you want and they don’t like it they’ll say it’s ugly and do what they want. An older man also called my 15 year old friend sexy. They cut my finger which is still sore the day after and I had a burning sensation in my hands after. Nails look good though, service is just really bad.

Would not recommend. Tried this salon while visiting Sault Ste Marie.The guy that did my nails was rude and tried to upcharge me for everything. He didn't clean up cuticles and was very rough and grumpy. Not a fun nor friendly experience.
