For $60, the nails should stay on at the very least. Very poor experience in the salon. Sat for 3 hours just for a pedicure and colour change on my nails. I was shuffled between 4 different people and treated as if I wasn’t even there. None of the nails were even the same length. I went twice, just in case the first time was a one-off. It wasn’t. Don’t recommend.

I am beyond disappointed in this place. I’ve been coming here for the last 4 years.Today, I got told that back in October they made an error and billed me incorrectly.After dropping $100 with a $20 cash tip.. I was advised she forgot to bill me my waxing..all while paying you guys cash all the time with no receipt…I’m sorry but that’s not my issue that you didn’t bill me correctly back in October- without a follow up phone call of trying to fix the fact YOU GUYS made the mistake. at the time of being there, I paid what was asked. You can’t come back to your Customer 2 months later and ask for $40.Today, you lost a customer over $40….I tossed down $60 because it’s embarrassing that you tried to even ask for $80 for a colour change today…..Never again will I come back Because of this.

My husband and I have been coming here a few years. Owner and staff are wonderful. As a bonus, waxing and eyebrow tinting are performed here. I've not once went out unsatisfied. Highly recommend Keswick Nails & Spa. (I did a ticToc promoting the colour changing nail polish. I LOVE it! I'll give some photos below)

I’ve been going to Keswick Nails for almost a year. It is by far the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. Jenny is usually who I go to - she’s amazing and super sweet. That being said, I’ve had my nails done by most of the staff and every single staff member is kind and talented at what they do. They always remember my name and they are so welcoming.I never feel better than getting a fresh set of nails at Keswick nails. I get SO many compliments on my nails. Would recommend them to anyone!

I love this salon! The staff are incredible, sweet, and do a wonderful job on manicures and pedicures. I've been coming here for years & their service just keeps getting better!
