The Pet Hotel

We have used the Pet Hotel a couple of times recently for our chihuahua. Suzanne is extremely patient and kind to our girl who is very nervous around new people. She made sure to spend 1:1 time with her and was able to make really great progress in a short time. It is obvious that she loves animals and loves what she does! We couldn't be happier with their services and facilities so far and will definitely continue to board with the Pet Hotel.

I became a regular customer at Pet Hotel when I got my dog JJ in 2010. He has always enjoyed his stays there and the chance to play with other nice dogs. We would travel knowing he was getting the best of care. Cats are harder to board, but my cat George had his best away from home experience on the two occasions he stayed at The Pet Hotel

My dogs stay was rejected due to him being likely “loud and destructive”.A simple google search would show you my dogs breed is extremely low energy, quiet, and doesn’t suffer from separation anxiety.I really hope this lack of knowledge and laziness doesn’t reflect on the care animals are receiving there. Happy his stay never happened.

For over a decade (and two dogs) now, we've entrusted The Pet Hotel with our beloved pets... and we don't hesitate to recommend this facility to our friends and neighbours. We rely on Suzanne and her staff - virtually on a weekly basis - to provide our dog with a fun and safe experience with other properly socialized and immunized dogs.

Our dog has been going to The Pet Hotel for close to two years for both overnight stays as well as day boarding. Suzanne takes the care to find him dogs that match his play style the best and I never have to worry about his safety. I know that in her care my dog is well cared for and well loved. The Pet Hotel is the only place I would let my dog stay. He always comes home happy and tired. Suzanne is thorough and as an owner who loves my dog, I appreciate that.

We have taken Luna for daycare for over a year, and she enjoys every day she is going. Suzanne has always been so accommodating for us, due to my work schedule. Thank you so very much Suzanne !!

If you love your pet(s) do not take them to the pet hotel for boarding. The owner is very rude to customers, has no interaction whatsoever with the pups other than to get them to rheir kennel and I can only imagine how they are treated once the owner is gone. We were refused a tour of the kennel where our two were to stay. My two pups were to spend a couple of days there but after an hour of very rude interaction by Suzanne,the owner,we got our pups out of there. She made us pay for our full intended stay before she would give our pups back to us. She is obviously just in it for the money and clearly not for the wellbeing of your furbabies.I will not go into the details but please please do not leave furbabies there in her care". I would have given zero stars but that is not an option"

From drop off to pickup, everything is well organized and easy. The staff are very respectful of your pet/pets as they can accommodate several of them together.Overall satisfaction is 100%.

I have used the Pet Hotel many times. The owner is very professional. She has been in the dog care business for over 15 years. The place is well kept ( vaccination records are up to date and the kennels are sanitized daily.)When I take my dog there, she jumps out of the car and runs into the office. Suzanne greets her with a smile and open arms.I would recommend this place to other dog owners because I am confident in Suzanne and her staff.
