I don't typically deal with RBC. Since this branch is just up the road from my house I figured I'd go in to exchange a $100 bill for two rolls of $2 coins. They refused since I'm not a member. I bank with bmo and figured I'd save the drive.. Honestly that is a pretty sad policy they have and I don't plan on giving them any future business..Coast capital just around the corner had no problem doing the exchange.

An absolute disgrace of a branch. The lack of customer service is unbelievable. They can’t even submit paperwork without losing it. I even witnessed one person pick a void cheque off money transfer paperwork and walk off with it while another person claimed it was missing. I had to point at the guy and say he took it lol. They ended up screwing up the paperwork forcing me to deal elsewhere.

This rbc location is really pathetic. Don't go here if you need some efficient banking services. Go here if you are 70+ and in need of some company as the staff will be only too pleased to spend an hour chatting to you while you deposit $10 into your savings account while the long line of other customers are ignored.Don't expect a polite we'll be with you shortly" or "sorry above the wait!." Just remember you are the inconvenient one to ever think that you can come to a bank and actually reach a teller within 30 mins when there are only 3 people in front of you!I managed to do my wire transfer

My experience really varied with which teller I end up with for the day. There are three ladies who have been great, although I don't see one of them anymore (could just be that her hours changed and I keep missing her) but others are pretty horrible, as in slow and incompetent. All in all, I will continue to use this branch for being the closest to my house, but it gets extremely annoying to watch some tellers chat with customers about random things and taking up time when there is a line.

I asked for a Cash withdraw of 4500$ and they said the bank doesn't have 4500$. What am I supposed to do about this?This was completely Professional. I need to deposit Money but the Bank was unable to accept a cash deposit of Money.I cannot understand why the RBC is constantly phoning me now and asking for money. I physically handed them Money and instead of accepting the Deposit, they instead gave the cash to Larry (My Father)All information is Logged. :)

Probably the worst option for a bank. Terrible limits, mentally slow staff. $100 limit for 6 months so they can build a relationship with you" bs. Staff have no idea what they are doing having to go multiple times just to set up an account. Staff also has no idea what they are talking about and often give you the wrong informationUpdate: It has been 2 months almost 3
