Front end of my 2018 Mazda was damaged and Carstar fixed it up just like new, all the parts matched perfectly and importantly so did the paint color. Front desk service great. Excellent service.

It was a horrid experince during a phone call I had with a staff member. Best not to send a young person to initiate an estimate for repairs for their car.This staff member referred to my 20 year old daughter as being ackward" while she attended the estimate appointment. What 20 year old would feel super confident

It was a pleasure to deal with Brenda & Brittney at the Summerside location. I had booked a rental car with Discount. When I phoned them after arriving at the airport said they did not have a car for me and they did not know when one would be available. My holiday depended on me having a car so after some research I phoned Praticar. They didn't have a car that day but did have one available 4 days later. I told them I would take it. Within half an hour they phoned me back to say a car had just been returned and I could have it. Yay Brenda & Brittney. You saved my holiday. Discount never did call to say they had a car available.

Had an unfortunate accident on vacation with my vehicle . Tim and his team did an excellent job with repairs so my car looked good as new and I was able to return home at my scheduled time to Ontario. Thank you so much for your excellent service!!
