Absolutely delicious. We got the mac and cheese and shared a brisket and it was soooo good. The kids enjoyed the pulled pork and they loved it. Well worth visiting if you are in Osoyoos.

Made a Pit Stop in on a family trip last week and caught the owner just before he was about to close up shop due to bad weather. He snapped right into action and made one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while! Glad we caught him: great food and great service!

Customer service was l good. Food took a lot longer than expected. Received the food about 50 minutes after ordering.Definitely don't get the beans. They were hard and over salted. Tasted like salt and hard beans.Pulled pork sandwich isn't on a briocche bun and the meat was a dry.Brisket was salty and dry as well I wouldn't recommend that either.The French fries and corn bread were the best parts of this meal. I would say get those two items if your looking for some eats.I hate to leave a mediocre review, but after reading all the other positive reviews we were stoked to get delicious BBQ. Unfortunately we were left disappointed.I think we just got them on an off day.

Stopped here on our way home from our trip and pleasantly surprised by this find! The prices here are fair, the service quick, and the food amazing! We got an order of the brisket, half rack of ribs, and a small fry and oh my god it was all amazing! Perfect amount for the two of us, and the meat was perfectly tender. Definitely check this place out if you’re in town!

Stopped in for some lunch and got some signature smoked Mac and cheese as well as the big brisket bacon burger with corn bread co slaw and beans for $30 all together and it fed me and my boyfriend! The food was so good, I highly suggest stopping in if you’re in the area! The owner is super friendly also!

Really wanted to love this place after the good reviews. Appreciate the idea and the homemade-ness of it, but the execution was lacking. Said it would be 10 minutes for food but was over 20. The burger was good, but couldn't really tell the patty was brisket, but the smoked bacon was yum. Bun was dense. Cornbread was a good size and a touch dry but overall decent. Slaw average. Beans...well we had to go back for them as he forgot to give them to us. The portion of them was teeny tiny and they were all dried up and looked unappealing, but surprisingly their taste was the best thing we got. Very smoky with a little kick.I understand he is a newer business. I would suggest getting divided containers so the slaw doesn't touch the bun, and avoid the cornbread placed on top of the slaw too. Perhaps a few more beans would be nice. Will consider trying again on our visit next year and hope to upgrade this review.

Food was absolutely amazing. Mac and cheese was to die for. Brisket had lost some of its Moistness but it's to be expected. The flavor and the bark was prefect. Pulled pork sandwich was so good. Amazing lunch definitely worth the price

My husband and I were back in Osoyoos for our second trip this year and decided we should follow up with the owner’s invitation to rectify our initial experience with Pit Stop Smokery. The owner, Oliver, was very accommodating and went above and beyond to improve our experience with his eatery. The brisket and ribs were amazing…very moist…and very tasty barbecue sauce! Also enjoyed the beans and coleslaw. Thank you Oliver for following up…appreciate that you are a newer business and and still perfecting your process. If you keep doing what you served us on our second visit you will be successful. Hang in there!First time here…and sad to say that our meal was very disappointing. My husband and I ordered the beef brisket @ $14.99…be aware that it does not come as a meal…just like 5 slices of meat. No sides…you pay an extra $4.50 for your beans and cornbread or fries etc. We ordered fries with it…we asked for ketchup…was told that he just ran out? The meat was on the dry side and definitely needed some sort of sauce or gravy…noticed that the pulled pork sandwich is served with their signature BBQ sauce and asked if we could get some of that…nope don’t have that either. He offered us mustard? Seriously mustard? Perhaps let customers know that you have no ketchup or barbecue sauce before placing an order. These are necessary condiments to have for this type of establishment!

The Ribs and Chicken were delicious! We took some sealed food home and it was perfect. Great job. We loved the cornbread too. It went perfectly with the smoked meats.. Looking forward to seeing your trailer in downtown Osoyoos next summer
