Thank you so much to the Bracebridge Animal Hospital for directing us to the Smart Vet virtual clinic! Our six year old Bernedoodle, Bodhi, had some type of allergic reaction to (we think) the black flies up here? Swollen eye, really red, sore, itchy belly. Everyone we spoke to was fantastic, and being able to get a virtual appointment with a wonderful vet (including prescriptions), was so convenient! They don't care about our animals all they care about is scamming us for more money I regret leaving my elderly mother with her dog in there care. Now we have a vet that will take care of our family and our fur babies without trying to figure more ways of lying to us to make money. Worse experience we have ever had.

I am a Huntsville local, who has just recently relocated back to the Muskoka area with my two year old Aussie Shepherd pup! My pup has some lengthy medical history, as well as severe allergies. After Milo had experience a bad flare up, we were in need of emergency medical care. The Bracebridge Animal Hospital was quick to fit us in, was so kind and supportive every step of the way. They have incredible follow up, amazing techs and great price! We felt genuinely taken care of, and you can tell how much the staff care about you and your pet. A special thanks to all the amazing techs (Molly and Faith were incredible) and staff that worked on our case!

Just recently adopted my new dog Bella and BAH were amazing with her!! It's been a while since I owned a dog plus we have zero medical history for Bella and Dr Melanie and her team came up with a great healthcare plan for my girl! Their compassion and love for animals goes above and beyond...even during those difficult decisions. Highly recommend.

I had moved to the area in July. My dog was having an ear issue last week and I needed to get a veterinarian. I called and was able to get her in within 2 days. Great service! Very nice staff and veterinarian. My dog needed good care which I feel that she got here. I would recommend this veterinary clinic to anyone who wants great care for their pet!

My little one went from shaking her little tail off when we arrived to it wagging on the way out...even after her shots. Real people with old fashioned kindness and amazing care.
