It was a good experience. The prices were a little higher than I expected especially for the larger ones. We paid $95 for off the menu four poutines.

Customer Service (girl cashier) was great, but I did see two guys just standing and talking in the back... May have been the owner/franchisee. Either way, they could have taken the time to help the girl out with the till so that the customers didn't have to wait as long - from a customer's perspective, it's always frustrating to be waiting while seeing people available in the kitchen. Gravy was good, but the fries themselves were soggy and the toppings were ok at best.

A worker went above & beyond... I had a sub-par order previously and let them know about it (fries were a little more stale then usual); I still love smokes poutine so I ordered again and a worker/manager by the name of Andrew not only corrected my concern but went above & beyond to make this experience a very pleasant one. Thank you a ton for your kindness & stay safe during these times! :)

Good poutine if you're looking to smash a bunch of flavours together. I had the Buffalo chicken and my wife had the cheeseburger with bacon. Both were very good.Fast service and the restaurant was clean.

I try the regular poutine to know if they nail it like in Québec. Well it's a big YES!!! They taste exactly the same! Sooo delish! Perfect recipe of sauce and incredible fries. Next time I want to try tater tots!!!!

I gotta say a poutine shouldn't cost $26. On top of that, the box leaked out in my friends brand new Cadillac. I will say the food was good but I won't be going back there again. $26 bucks people.

Fries were good, cheese curds were barely warm, not melted at all. Very, very little streak in the Philly Cheese Steak; peppers & onions were cold. (I ate it with 5 minutes after if was made). Good customer service. Very disappointed for paying over $16.00.

If I knew the cheese would be chunky and not melted I wouldn't have came.Picked up with lukewarm gravy. Drove 10min to hotel and had to heat it up again. Fries didn't taste fresh.No napkins provided ! Just the poutine and one fork. Try eating that on the go.I don't usually post bad reviews but there is a lot of room for improvement.

Funky little place to dine in or carry out. Huge selection of poutine, something for everyone. Also got the perogy side, which consists of 3 dumplings and a TON of sour cream, bacon, and carmelized onions. Poutine entree definitely feeds two, I can’t image how big the large size is! Everything was freshly made and tasty. Gravy has some great herbal flavor to it. Truly a family business here.
