Requested their service to install a doorbell cam at my place. I'm always about supporting local businesses, but this time I got surprised. The guys came in to install the door bell but we're not professional as they proud to be. They took 3.5 hours to find where they would run the wire through and made so many holes in house, as they didn't know from where they should run it. I bought the doorbell and the camera and only requested their service to install it. And to my surprise, I was billed $531.55 for the installation only. Please don't repeat my mistake, always ask for a quote first. It was supposed to be an easy and quick installation but ended up being quite expensive.

During the polar vortex when temps were around -50, my funrance quit. These guys were just about to head home for the day when I called. They came right over and replaced the broken parts. Nice guys too. Thanks for the great service!

They came to give a quote and were prompt with email delivery of the quote. (Aprx 3 days)I had a question that I asked via email in repsonse to the quote, never got an answer so ended up going with a different company that did respond.

The guys were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They were very polite. The bill kind of through me for a loop.

Hard to get quotes and when you do its over priced in comparison to others in the city
